They re easy to reach when I wanted to confirm if they had received my items.
They sent photos of goods received and let me know my cost however their prices are quite expensive.

Affordable, fast and professional
Got a quotation same day and had someone ring me through out the process. Package was picked up within my timeframe and everything went very smoothly. Im waiting for package to be delivered in Ghana and I’ll be back for that.

They cancelled my order without a phonecall. They gave a silly response saying it's because the billing address didn't match the shipping address! Didn't realise you couldn't buy things for other people or addressees now a days! Ridiculous

You live above the ground floor and despite our booking confirmation emails stating that we do not collect shipment above the ground floor as our insurance policy doesn’t cover that, you keep making bookings for which we cannot complete. This is why your orders are cancelled all the time. This is not your first time shipping with us and you are well aware of our Terms of Service.
We have provided fields on our ordering and booking forms for additional information about the order or booking and in there, you can tell us whether you plan to bring your shipment down to the ground floor however, your bookings and orders are always devoid of such information. This is the only reason your orders and bookings are cancelled.
If you are able to provide information on how you plan to bring your shipment to the ground floor, we will gladly accept and collect your bookings and orders.

The scheduled date and time for collection was spot on; which was very important to me.
The driver was very well mannered and with business like approach and at the same time friendly.

Why don't you state the full amount to the public and ask the same public how much it costs to collect a pallet of 587kg from Scotland to England? You took £335.51 from me to collect a pallet of 587kg from Scotland to England(Manchester). I still paid you the full amount regardless of your poor customer service so who is the scammer here. You're not the first and would not be the last shipping company in the UK.
