Terrible experience. Placed my 1st on line delivery order on line. Please know I do this every week from Jewel, but they had no slots open. I place the order 4/9, with a delivery date of 4/16. I go in to add something to my order. No big deal. I look at my bank account and thet have taken $510.00 from my account. I was on the phone today for 4 hours and 40 minutes trying to resolve this. Nothing. I even called the corporate headquarters in California, and was assured the person would call me back. Nothing. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. In this day and age a couple hundred dollars is ALOT of money. My 1st experience will be my last. What a shame.

The store located in king drive in chicago the bathroom is so nasty during this time i have never saw another location look like this i called to talk to a manager no one never came to the phone and they have nerve to say keep a clean environment

I shop at Lombard IL store all the time 2 times went to return a product and got nothing but a attitude, the most recent was 3/15/2020 , you would think with all going on you would be treated better.

Just got back from shopping at the Mariano's in Elmhurst. We don't normally shop there but it was on our way home. We purchased about 30 items of which two had pricing errors. Luckily i checked my receipt before leaving the parking lot. I noticed that the pasta sauce (which we had purchased the required 5) was not reduced the $1 each like it was supposed to. We got a refund on those but then i remembered that the sweep potatoes had a sign that showed $.79, we were charged $.99. I went to the produce and sure enough there was the sign. I took up the sign to the front like i had with the pasta sauce and was not happy. The manager tried to spin it like it was some error on our part, like we hadn't understood the signs. I showed her both signs that clearly showed that we were in the right and she said that it was just human error and that these things happen. i'm sorry but i have shopped several hundred times in my life and never had 2 different items come up at the wrong price on one receipt. The "error" was about $6 on a $80.00 bill. Significant! buyer beware at Marianos!

Great grocery store! It is so nice inside and the employees are great. Love the baked goods!

One of my favorite groceries. I love that you can buy your food and get it cooked all in one place. Great customer service!

THE BEST GROCERY STORE EVER...... You can get a AWESOME glass of wine for $5.00, pick your salmon, lobster tail and grilled vegetables for all under $20.00 OMG AWESOME AND THEY COOK IT FOR YOU FOR FREE..... ALL YOU ARE PAYING FOR IS FOOD MANNNNNN IT JUST CAN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!!!! THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS...

They offer a great experience and some products I have finding elsewhere.

A Paradise! What a selection of fresh veggies, fruit, meat and fish! Also a wide variety of products from many countries worldwide. Highly recommended. It opens daily from 6am til 10pm
