I brought a lead. They didn't buy it there but they said they would call after reading it and they are asking for the direct number from customer care. And they are giving it. I brought the lead and if they give the direct number to the lead I brought, then what is the point of running the ad with our money?

Please dont wark with this marketplace.... jsut wast your time and money.

MarketCall Not Paying my earned money after acc ban

Is Marketcall Running a Scam?
I am deeply disappointed and outraged by my recent experience with Marketcall, a supposed "pay-per-call affiliate network." My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices and possibly fraudulent behavior.

1. Unjust Account Ban Over Alleged Duplicate Account
Marketcall banned my account, alleging that I created a second account. This accusation came only after I requested a payout for the $1,640 that I had rightfully earned. If there was indeed a second account, it's bewildering why Marketcall approved it in the first place. They had ample opportunity to address this during their initial review process, but instead, they waited until it was time to pay me. This reeks of an excuse to avoid honoring my earnings.

2. Non-Responsive Affiliate Manager
My affiliate manager, Tuhin, has been giving me the run-around for weeks. Initially, he claimed that the Quality Assurance (QA) team was on leave, which seems highly suspicious and conveniently timed. Now, he has completely stopped responding to my messages on Skype. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of Marketcall’s operations.

3. Silence from the QA Team and Customer Support
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have sent dozens of emails to Marketcall’s QA team and customer support. Unfortunately, these efforts have been met with complete silence. It is as if they have vanished into thin air the moment they were needed. Such behavior from a company that handles other people's money is not just unprofessional; it's deeply concerning.

4. Withholding My Hard-Earned Money
The most infuriating part of this ordeal is Marketcall’s refusal to release my $1,640. Despite my repeated requests and the fact that these funds were legitimately earned, they continue to withhold my money. This suggests that Marketcall may be operating a scheme where they use minor policy violations as an excuse to withhold payouts from affiliates.

5. Possible Scam Alert
Given the lack of communication, the dubious reasons provided for banning my account, and their refusal to pay out my hard-earned funds, I am left with no choice but to question whether Marketcall is operating a scam. Affiliates, beware. If you value your time, effort, and money, I strongly advise against engaging with Marketcall. Their actions suggest a troubling pattern of exploiting affiliates and pocketing their earnings under false pretenses.

Scammed out of over 100 dollars out of pocket countless hours of work and a refused 300 payment

I was so excited when I discovered the affiliate marketing program being promoted by Marketcall. As a fresh college graduate struggling to find steady work, their promise of earning thousands from home each month sounded like the answer to my prayers. I spent hours watching their motivational videos of flashy cars and luxurious lifestyles, dreaming of the freedom that kind of income could provide.

Pretty soon I had drained my meager savings to pay their startup fees and purchase lead packages, determined to see big returns right away. Juggling long hours on cold calls with applications for "real" jobs, I pushed myself to the brink of burnout trying to generate new signups. But no matter how hard I worked or how many leads I purchased, the promised commissions never materialized.

When I started pressing them for answers, that's when the runaround began. One excuse after another was offered, but the money never showed. As the months dragged on and my bank account dwindled to nothing, the realization hit that I had been taken for a fool. All those inspiring words of financial independence were just a facade - there were no easy riches, just empty pockets and a lesson learned the hard way.

I don't want others to fall prey to these fake gurus preying on ambitious dreams. If my story can help just one person avoid the same fate, then sharing it will be worth it. But the real victory will be finding a way to shut Marketcall down for good before they can dupe anyone else.

After registration I was instructed in detail about how everything works. I can say that this affiliate program is unusual, both in terms of referrals and payment models. The call center works well enough, I think that half of the approvals is their merit.

I operated as a publisher for…

I operated as a publisher for Marketcall, successfully passing their content approval process and generating leads within their specified guidelines. However, my account was terminated without warning or valid explanation.

Upon questioning a delayed payment during my manager's absence, my account was immediately banned, indicating a deliberate attempt to evade their own payment obligations because by not paying on time they had already violated their own terms and conditions. I think this was to save face for their payment being late.

But I was subjected to an unexplained account ban without any prior communication or the opportunity to address concerns. But they said they had “indications of fraud” from my account because the calls came too fast & the phone numbers were different from different voices? I’m not sure if everyone was supposed to call from the same phone number & have the same voice but the reasoning made absolutely no sense. I sent them my stats showing traffic and conversions but they insisted that it had to be fraud.

It’s really wild how Marketcall inconsistently applies ethical standards. While promoting a moral stance on commissions, they previously encouraged aggressive marketing angles, such as false claims about benefits in their YouTube, explicitly encouraging affiliates to run up the advertiser’s budgets knowing the $6400 benefit calls were low quality. This in itself is evidence of their non existent integrity!!!!

Stop taking peoples money unjustly!!!

SCAM Company - will not pay you.

I opened an account with this company and spent $500 on Google Adwords to generate flight call leads. Out of 90 calls, they approved 30 which met the criteria. When I asked for withdrawal ($620), they said we started detecting 'fake' calls and banned my account without giving any details. Despite several emails to their manager and web chat over the last 2 weeks, they stopped responding. BIG TIME SCAMMERS. Do not waste your time and money on them. There is another similar 1-star review here so they do this regularly it seems. I have all the screenshots as proof.

I would like to share my opinion about working with marketcall. In general I am satisfied with the financial side of the work and the withdrawal methods also suit me. Previously I was only running Nutra traffic and had no plans to work with other verticals. After reading some reviews about marketcall, I noticed that some of the offers have very high stakes and I thought it was just to attract customers. But it turns out that the terms are real - so I'm happy.

I recently was an affiliate of market call. I sent legitimate leads to them. I paid to have ads ran for my campaign. But, as soon as I ask to withdraw my money that I've worked for, it was a problem. They come to me saying fraudulent activity. I asked them to tell me, how they came to that conclusion? They couldn't. I haven't heard from them. I made a total of $572 with them and they shut my account down. I asked for proof because I'm knowing that NOTHING was fraudulent on my part. It looks to me they should tell me, how was it fraudulent? When I did exactly what they said was allowed. They're dead wrong!! They are banning people's account for no reason. They banned mines as soon as I requested my money.

absolute scammer of a company - they not only wait until invoice day to fabricate issues with calls, resulting in a ban from their system, but they're based in Russia, so economic dropoff due to the war with Ukraine is clearly leading to more greed than previously. STAY FAR AWAY

Marketcall sets the bar low for anyone trying to be a 5 star network

Im not sure how this network gets such great reviews. Yes, they accept new affiliates but the support and communication is robotic. No matter who you talk to they reply with generic answers and send you a link to their FAQ page. They may accept new affiliates, but when every single phone call you send either doesn’t pass the IVR or simply isn’t answered that’s a problem. I never write reviews, EVER, but I’ve poured my heart and soul into this campaign and I never would have thought my biggest issue would be a network with raving reviews. To say the least there’s a TON of opportunity in the pay per call space. If this network gets a 5 star rating the bar is set VERY low. Another thing that bothers me is when callers are asked to press 1 for new services and 2 for existing services. If the caller presses 2 they just hang up. No explanation to the people aka human beings on the other line. The lack of customer service and respect is just beyond me. Maybe this is normal in this industry and if it is, please think about it. It’s rude and unkind YET so simple to do the right thing. Just as you used the IVR to decide if the caller is worth your time, you can also use the IVR to simply explain why you won’t be connecting them. Most of my calls ended up calling back because they probably never thought clicking on a ad would be so rude and hang up on them.

We're sorry about your experience. Our goal is to provide the best experience for consumers and our affiliates, and we apologize if we failed to do so. All calls are routed to advertisers' call centers, and we have limited control over how they handle incoming calls. We always strive to adjust IVR setups and call center scripts based on affiliate feedback.
