Very poor service
Very poor service, I used Marsden Rawsthorne for conveyancing when buying some flats, I took a whole year to get a completion statement! they ignore emails and are rude if you challenge them about it. I had to read through every document and make corrections that should have been obvious. any of the positive reviews you will read will be from their big clients who get priority.

Incredibly caring and accommodating staff, personally dealt with Robyn, Jennie and Rachel. Always responsive, will always go the extra mile, makes all the difference especially on transactions which are fragile.

Staff are never there during the…
Staff are never there during the holidays. Admin staff don’t work Fridays in the probate team. Change of solicitor twice and no decent handover. Probate took forever for a simple case and even then some money that was overpaid by the solicitors really was left to me to investigate and escalate. My complaint wasn’t taken seriously. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

The most caring team of Solicitors
I'm using this firm for number of years with very high volume of transactions and I found them extremely helpful and professional, now especially when we went through a very complicated transaction for months and I want to give a big shout out to Nicola and Sharon which have been working tirelessly non stop to make this happen and felt my pressure as theirs to get this over and done.
Well done 👏
Another shout out to Jennie which has been dealing in the past with other complicated transactions for me and she was always available and happy to help.
