We are Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. We’ve been creating a whole host of award-winning flavours on our family farm in the South West of England for over 35 years. Our flavours are inspired by British classics, with a few surprises in the line up too. From creamy to crunchy, fruity to fudgy, we believe we have something to make the whole family happy – even the dog! One Family, One Farm, One Herd of Happy Cows Three generations of The Hawking family have been farming the land we love for over 50 years. Our cows spend most of the year outdoors, free to roam on our pastures which we farm using sustainable, regenerative techniques to increase biodiversity and reduce our carbon footprint. We only ever use our own milk in our ice cream, which moves only meters to our ice creamery where it is combined with the best quality ingredients and churned into our delicious ice cream.

Delivery Issues
Unfortunately I never received this order due to problems with delivery (to a city in Scotland) a second order was resent by the same courier, dpd and also undelivered. Staff were friendly and helpful and a refund was issued after second failed delivery. Disappointing as was looking forward to it.

This icecream is the best I’ve ever had !
Creamy and delicious!
Even better than some leading brands , i ordered 4 flavors , and the salted caramel was my favorite!, I only wish you could order this in 4/5 litre tubs rather than it just be available for trade only.
Delivery was quick , all well packed
Will definitely be ordering more
In the future, and will try other flavours

Great Ice Cream, Great Customer Service
Been buying their ice cream via home delivery on a regular basis and over 5 years later, I still am. Great ice cream, particular favourite is Rich Clotted Cream (does that make me boring?😅). Always delivered when they said they would.

Delicious ice cream and delivered on time
This is my second order with Marshfield Icecream and this time there was a lid broken on one out of four cartons I ordered so hence why I have selected four stars.
I am hoping my next order will be checked throughly for no broken cartons as the ice cream did leak a bit in this instance.
Otherwise delicious ice cream and delivered in time.

I experienced absolutely no success in…
I experienced absolutely no success in receiving ice cream from this company. Every instance, the courier was held responsible. What an utter drain on my time and energy. It's amusing that I'm being asked to review a product that never arrived, highlighting the company's understanding of customer needs.

The business utterly failed to deliver…
The business utterly failed to deliver the ice cream to me. Each missed delivery was attributed to the courier. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. It's quite ironic to be asked to review a product I never got, highlighting the company's understanding of customer needs.

DPD had a problem and failed to deliver…
DPD had a problem and failed to deliver the order to Edinburgh initially but Amy at Marshfield resent it and made a flat full of students doing exams very happy indeed.
Many thanks for going above and beyond, have used this delivery service before and will certainly do so again. Have a good Christmas all.
