Mashvisor is a real estate analytics and investment research platform built to help investors, agents, property managers, and PropTech teams make smarter real estate decisions with data. Our platform helps users analyze traditional long-term rentals and short-term rental/Airbnb investment opportunities across the U.S. Instead of spending hours collecting property, rental, and market data manually, Mashvisor brings key investment insights together in one place, including rental income estimates, occupancy insights, cash flow analysis, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, comparable rentals, neighborhood trends, and market-level performance data. Mashvisor is used by individual real estate investors looking for profitable rental properties, as well as businesses that need reliable real estate and rental data through dashboards, reports, or API integrations. Our data solutions support use cases such as property analysis, market research, lead qualification, STR and LTR investment modeling, and rental revenue estimation. Our mission is simple: make real estate investment analysis faster, easier, and more data-driven. Whether you are comparing cities, evaluating a specific property, researching rental comps, or building a real estate product, Mashvisor helps turn complex property data into clear investment insights.

Poor customer support and the tool is not user-friendly.
I signed up for the free trial and tried to use the tool. Unfortunately, it has a lot of bugs. So, to understand it better and learn how to use it properly I set up a call with customer support. They sent me tons of emails and SMS reminding me about the meeting, but eventually, nobody from their team appeared for the call. I spent 20 minutes waiting for zoom approval with no success.

New investor to Airbnb
I was not sure when I first signed up with Mashvisor if this platform would work for me as I am new to investing in Airbnb. Mashvisor has been nothing but 100% supportive in my learning journey. The help desk is extremely timely and helpful in addressing all of my needs. I would highly recommend Mashvisor for performing your research.

Horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I highly recommend finding any other company that provides the same or similar services. I signed up for the free trial (7 days) and then realized the company/website wouldn’t help me, so I attempted to cancel. After numerous attempts to cancel I realized there was no way for me to do so on my own. After 9 emails from me to customer service and my request being (literally) ignored over and over again I have been forced to reach out to my credit card company. This is a scam. Stay very far away.

Mashvisor has taken my name and created a horrible website for my business without permission. I've been trying for two years to get taken down. They are crooks hijacking Realtor's ID's and giving them a BAD look. Shame on you for not having an easy way for an agent to delete your misguided and outdated information.
Instead of responding nicely why don't you fix my problem,
