Worst online shopping experience ever

Twice I've made the mistake of shopping on their site, and I feel foolish for giving them a second try. Worst online shopping provider in the market. Zero care factor once you've made your purchase, no way to contact customer service except by email which takes 3 days in between replies. I have spent weeks following up orders and trying to return faulty ones (I received a side table wiht nails sticking out of it). Some of the products may seem cool and cheap, but do not waste your money.

I as informed all the way along right up till delivery. This company is great to deal with its a shame more are not as diligent as Matt Blatt. I would recommend this company to anyone thank you so much for your excellent service. Freight was super fast love it.

Matt Blatt is a scam shop

Matt Blatt is a scam shop. Ordered themed socks for Xmas and received them today and they are a cheaper version, nothing like what was advertised. As soon as I opened customer care I was referred to Ausway, which is apparently the supplier. Matt Blatt is only as good as its suppliers and they can't be trusted.
Don't expect to get what you pay for. Avoid so that these types of shops disappear.

Would give Matt Blatt 0 stars if I could. I ordered 8 dining chairs, and cannot connact anyone. There is no way to contact /speak with them. No phone number and it says for fast replies to contact their help centre. That's a joke!!. When you enter your order number it says number doesn't exist, so then you can't get any further. Matt Blatt is a complete scam, I'm so annoyed!!!

The communication with the company was terrible!

The communication with the company was terrible. Only one part of the bed got delivered (3 days after expected date). Then had to follow up to get the second part of the bed, 2 weeks later, we're still waiting for the bed to be delivered!

Lots of bad reviews on here and I'm not…

Lots of bad reviews on here and I'm not sure why. We had a great experience, fast delivery, and we absolutely loved our bar stools, not flimsy and not cheap looking. When one wouldn't adjust in height (but worked in all other aspects), Matt Blatt immediately got back to us and sent out another two for free. Very happy, wonderful customer service. Thanks Matt Blatt!

Matt Blatt goes Splatt in my world

Fellow diddled shoppers, I wish I'd done my research better. You may want to consider my ACCC move below, could come in handy, who knows.
My reality:
5/6 ordered a desk I could use in bed while recovering from a neck injury. Matt Blatt sent the wrong desk. 14/6 I asked for a refund and after waiting a week for them to send me the return paperwork, I returned the desk on 23/6 early and in perfect condition. Hard for my neck, real hard.
18/7 almost four weeks still no refund. Only death by endless insincere emails. So at 18:04 on the 18th I cut and paste from the ACCC website some of the business obligations to customers they weren’t honouring. At 18:06 same day I got reply confirming I would get refunded.
21/7 the refund for the item landed in my bank account - $237. But not the cost of postage. I had to wait until 12/8 for that $34.95 pot of gold.
Ten weeks. For a refund on something I didn’t order. Matt Blatt goes Splat in my world. But at least got the refund, I'm sorry for all of you who didn't.

It is not perfect protection. It is not stylish and does not stay in place. Every time you move, it moves.I respectfully requested a full refund, which was declined. I am more than happy to follow my review up with Consumer Business.I am disappointed with the lack of after purchase customer care and service.

Paid for 2 sets of stools

Paid for 2 sets of stools, was sent one. Intially i was offered a refund on the pair that I didnt receive, only for them to go back on that offer 3 hours later, and then ghost me ever since. It appears that they have taken my money with no intent on refunding me for an item that was never delivered!
Customer service= non existent. Nothing but generic apology messages, with no action taken and ignoring all of my requests for a phone call to take place to resolve it once and for all. In fact, I don't think they understand basic English.

Actual thieves, never buy from them!
ACCC query has been submitted.

My product has not arrived and there is NO SERVICE

My product has not arrived although they say it was delievered. The only way to contact customer service is online which I have done twice and have had no reply at all even after 3 weeks. This is terrible customer services and I willl never buy again!!

The Sun loungers are perfect

Well after reading all the online reviews I was so worried and thought omg you've done it again and that these sun beds are not going to be good.
Well low and behold the delivery was super fast. The beds are fairly easy to put together. I'm 60 and it took in 90min to do both. They are good quality and look great on my deck. Thanks Matt Blatt for not letting this customer down.

The worst company to deal with

On Wednesday 10th March 2021 somebody signed up for an account without my knowledge and they fraudulently used my card to buy something so they refused to help me then I immediately reported the fraudulent transaction to my bank on Tuesday 4th May 2021 and they refunded me on Tuesday 11th May 2021 because they found out it was fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY FROM MATT BLATT

I collected the Mozzie Zapper I ordered from the Post office on 23rd November 2022. When I got it home I found it was faulty it can't be turned on, I have sent 11 emails to Zoestore, Customer Care Team, today is the 29th November, I feel like they are playing games with me. I even sent a video that clearly showed the unit was plugged in and doesn't work, and they responded by stating the power supply provided with the item wasn't sufficient and to use something else. What rubbish I think they are having a laugh; this is absurd and regardless, the unit doesn't work.
I have repeatedly asked for the return address, and they won't provide return details and have not responded to my request for a replacement.
Money wasted!

Shocking service! Still waiting on order made 2 weeks ago! Paid over $200 in post and the dodgy courier company has my items and they are sitting in the warehouse no going ANYWHERE!!!!

“Lost” my order twice

“Lost” my order twice, which is quite a feat given it was furniture. Customer service respond with templated answers. Awaiting a refund however I suspect that I have lost my money. I should have read these reviews prior to purchase as they also sum up my experience. I shop online all the time and this company screams dodgey.

Items not received and NO customer service WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANISATION AGAIN…

I purchased items from Matt Blatt unaware that this company now distributed via Kogan . I have been waiting weeks to receive my full order & have contacted their ‘customer service centre’ 3 times and received no response . Do not buy from this organisation if you want any certainty that your items will arrive or after purchase service - it is impossible to get in touch with anyone . All I can say is that they have taken my money and not delivered . I am sure there will be the standard apologetic response from their team following this email but don’t be fooled it’s a robotic response which automatically uploads to every complaint , I doubt there will be any substance behind their words . If I do not receive my items or some real contact from this organisation shortly I will be following this up with the appropriate ombudsman .

Matt Blatt,

I suggest you contact me immediately. I have just received a most distressing phone call from my 74 year old mother. In tears as a result of the aggressive and intimidating behaviour of the delivery person. I will also be notifying the police. You charged $306 for a delivery that has taken 5 days, ok under current circumstances. THEN YOUR REPRESENTATIVE WANTED TO LEAVE THE PARCEL ON THE STREET. THEY REFUSED TO BRING IT TO THE APARTMENT ON THE 6th FLOOR OF THE BUILDING.

AFTER TORTURING A 74 YEAR OLD WOMAN THEY CONCEDED AND PUT THE PARCEL IN THE GROUND FLOOR LOBBY. ADVISING THAT THEY DON’T DELIVER TO APARTMENTS (possibly looking to extort further payment on top of the $306 already paid for delivery).

FURTHER AGGRESSIVE GESTURING FOLLOWED AS ALLIED EXPRESS DELIVERY PERSON HARASSED THE ELDERLY WOMEN.

By the way the parcel being delivered was a F#*#ING 3 SEATER LOUNGE, how the hell is a 74 year old women going to get the lounge up 6 levels and into her apartment. What the FARK do you get for $306.

Matt Blatt, Kogan and Allied Express should be paralysed by shame, what inhumane, shonky thieves you all are, effectively stealing from elderly Australians, through outrageous delivery rates and then not even delivering.

MY ADVICE TO EVERYBODY READING THE POST IS DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

The headline of the post will ensure that it gets plenty of eyeballs on it.

These clowns are useless

These clowns are useless. Never ever buy from them. They delivered the wrong goods and 8 months later still haven’t remedied it. Sought a refund. Won’t pay. No way to contact them other than by their useless web form. Avoid them at all costs.

Their customer service is terrible for faulty items! They are offering me $30 for two faulty chairs to be fixed elsewhere when we paid over $400 for 4. Or they think returning them all boxed up but we do not have the box as we never thought they would be faulty!

You can get better customer service for faulty items elsewhere!

Shocking! I think they should offer to pick them up themselves and send a box or offer more money as someone else would charge way over $30 to fix or even make new legs
