Great to order from always delivered on time and in great condition only 4 stars due to the website being a little confusing on order i wish there could be a reorder what you did last time area for ease and quickness. Otherwise brilliant

OK but too thin for double-wall
Maxpack were the only box supplier that had the size l was looking for at a decent price in lower bundle sizes.
Shipping could have been faster but reasonable.
The flat-packed boxes were packaged so tightly that they were damaged. Not enough to be unusable, but they looked well used.
I ordered double-wall which they were but it is s thin double wall.
As these are being shipped 6000 miles l cut up some thick double-sided boxes to line these boxes as l am not confident they would provide adequate protection.

Packaging could have been better
Packaging could have been better as if it was raining and they had been left outside they would have got wet and damp! Shame you don't deliver to the Isle of Man.

Arrived safely a few days after…
Arrived safely a few days after ordering and the mailers are of good quality. My only slight issue was that there was no warning that they had been dispatched, and the packaging was -practically non-existent. If I hadn't been in and they were left in the rain as was likely, then they would have been a soggy mess.

🚫 STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
I placed 2 pallet orders with this business
#1 Order #46333 on 05/04/25
#2 order #46629 on 30/04/25
First order i rang up on the 7th to confirm the delivery date and i was told it would be delivered on the 10th. I rang up on the 10th at 10:28 to confirm the delivery and I was told yes it's on the way to you today. 14:20 i called again saying its getting a bit late where is the delivery? At this point I got told we will give you a call back they never did i had to call again and I was told NO DELIVERY TODAY.
Secound order on the 30th i rang up on the 1st May to confirm the delivery i was told it will be delivered on the 6th at latest.
Guess what nothing was delivered on the 6th. I rang up on the on the 7th at 9:57 I was told they are out of stock and delivery will be next week or we will have to cancel your order. They didn't even bother to call to let us know
We had a 40ft container waiting to unload on the 8th at 9am which we had to go source pallets for at last minute late afternoon
Definitely not using this business again.

With regards to your first order, we have raised this with the 3rd party courier that we used as there were delays with your delivery.
In terms of the second order, our Sales Office Manager Clare did speak with one of your colleagues to advise that the stock was regrettably unavailable. We are investigating this with our IT department as you should have been notified via the website that the item had been back-ordered. A full refund was processed for you straightaway.
Again, I am very sorry that your experience has not been the positive one that we strive for.

Upon contacting Maxpack they quickly sent a full replacement packaged differently and felt with my concerns quickly and were very d apologetic .

As discussed previously, we despatched another pack to you free of charge for Next Day delivery and when we checked on this, it was delivered the next morning in good condition. We're pleased that you were happy with the product itself and that you could make some use of the initial pack that you'd received.
We have reviewed the way that the package was sent out as it did regrettably fall short of our usual high standards. We have also highlighted to the 3rd party courier that the initial damages should have been reported to us for us to resolve, as their attempt to resolve the problem has unfortunately exacerbated the issue and the package has become further damaged in onward transit.

Customer service at its best !
Had a issue with parcel not being delivered within the time frame given. After raising the issue with Maxpack they were straight on it and contacted the delivery company a number of times in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Correct size box and great price
Finding the correct sized box seemed more trouble than expected. Then I saw maxpack's choices and were cheaper. Arrived promptly too.
