Supported by helpful staff throughout
Had material I needed in stock. Provided delivery for small fee; cheaper than me driving to collect. Resolved minor delivery issue with a personal phone call. Good natured staff throughout.

Excellent customer service
Ordered a specific grab adhesive and they sent the wrong one. So why 5 stars? Quick phonecall got me the correct adhesive sent next day but more importantly an explanation of why the error was made. And I got to keep the incorrect product. I mean, you can never have too much grab adhesive, can you? Thanks to Tom for sorting it all out.

The service was great but we were given…
The service was great but we were given 3 items which were wrong , the windowsill was the wrong size and the 2 tubes of silicone were clear when I ordered white, I have been back with the board and it was changed but don’t have time to take the silicone back as it is holding the job up so I have gone to Screwfix

The measurement was wrong for my order
The measurement was wrong for my order. They contacted me to let me know it wasn’t possible to deliver my order because of the size. I rang them and they were very helpful and explained to me again the reason why they can’t deliver my order. I remembered I put through the same order before. They told me they will find that and call me back which was months ago. They kept their word and called me back and sorted the right order and refund me the difference. They were professional, understanding, willing to help. Thank you.
