Visited a couple of weeks ago for…

Visited a couple of weeks ago for printing and asked in advance due to time constraints. Despite offering to prepay, staff refused to print until I arrived. The £2 per page charge felt excessive. The service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and a request for a stapler was refused rudely. Overall, very poor customer service.

Regarding our printing policy, we typically process these jobs in-person to ensure everything is exactly as you need it before finalising. Still, we understand how frustrating this was given your time constraints. We also apologise that our team’s communication regarding the charges and your request for a stapler came across as rude; that is certainly not the level of service we strive for.

READ THE AGREEMENT BEFORE PROCEEDING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

BECAUSE IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT USING THEIR SERVICE , AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR ITEMS IN THEIR FACILITY YOU WILL PAY A HIGH PRICE TO GET YOUR ITEMS. EVEN IF YOU DON NOT HAVE IT SHIPPED BY THEM. I HAD IT HAPPEN TO ME THEY SAID IT IS SOMETHING IN THEIR AGREEMENT. I DID NOT SEE ANYTHING IN A AGREEMENT WHERE YOU PAY FIRST WITHOUT GETTING A INVOICE FIRST. THEY TOLD ME I WILL RECEIVE A INVOICE ONCE I PAID THEM BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

I HAD TO PAY THEM 200 PLUS DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING THEY DID NOT EVEN PACK OR SHIP. BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE WHOM I THINK IS THE OWER, WAS PISSED OFF AT ME FOR NOT USING THEIR SERVICE TO SHIP.
I FOUND A CHEAPER SHIPPING COMPANY NAMED JENTEL AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THEIR ARE ANGELS. TRUST ME IF YOU LIVE IN AMERICA DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY.
