One star. I bought an Alpinestars Absolute V2 suit with a Plasma airbag. In my accident, the side that hit the ground held up. But the airbag tore a 200 mm hole on the opposite side. I’ve waited since November, calling multiple times, and received no explanation. If Alpinestars believes this isn’t a defect, I need to understand why. This is a serious safety concern for others. I’m open to resolving this directly, and I’ll gladly update this review if we can address it. I just want clarity and a fair resolution.

The service for the online store is ridiculous, in that there is none!
Refunds take 2-3 weeks and ordered stock even when PAYING for express shipping doesn’t arrive!
I ordered two items, one arrived the other is lost in transit hell!

Recently had a helmet visor fail on me mid ride in a weird spot - Charli at MCAS was super helpful, and when the Bell rep told her they wouldnt replace it - she went ahead and sorted a replacememnt for me. Great communication and service from MCAS and Charli.
Wrong item sent. $15 charge to return it on website. Customer service does not answer at 0940 on a Friday
Bought a helmet from their website. Same website said it was in stock and eligible for same day despatch.
Now, 3 days later, still no helmet nor even word if or even when it is gonna be shipped.
Then I started reading the reviews, found this to be very typical.
Called, spoke to a so-called online purchase expert droid who could not even tell me whether they had one in stock.
Emailed to get no response.
Ho hum, looks like a job for those toothless tigers at Office of Fair trading.....
Ordered a pair of touring pants online. A week later they contacted me saying the item was out of stock and I would be refunded. Said the refund would take up to 8 days to process! I said I was prepared to wait for more stock. They said, "Sorry, our supplier can't get them. We have to refund you." I then checked the MCAs website. The pants I ordered were still being advertised as available and in stock at the warehouse. But the price had gone up.
Terrible service, realised I ordered the wrong item and asked to cancel it before dispatch and was told it was not possible....the item was dispatched about 6 hours later.
Packaging was shocking, loose indicator globes rattling about in a card board box, with some scrunched up paper.
Avoid like the plague.
What went wrong, I went to this store, NEVER go to these stores, I have been there over the last two months and EVEREY TIME I get a differant story about where my item is that I have ALREADY paid them for, NEVER NEVER go to this store.
The service of dispatch and postage was GREAT.. The product unfortunately (Helmet) wasn't. The exterior was fine - it was just the interior padding was loose and all over the place. I paid $95 in total including postage.
I guess you get what you paid for as I have a MKS Forcite Helmet which is a smart helmet (with all the tech bells and whistles) setting me back $1500 and its TOP NOTCH as with the service after you've purchased the helmet

Ordered a pair of boots online. They decided to delay shipping. The reason, because it was free shipping. The worst service I've ever had. Will not shop with this business again. Buyer beware.
Purchased a Motorcycle helmet online and due to the helmet not being suited to my head shape and unable to wear it for more than a minute without feeling like all the blood being squeezed out of my head and I was going to pass out they refused to refund my purchase, all labels and stickers where in tack and had never been used, as I was unable to spend more money on more expensive products they refused to refund worst store in Australia NEVER BUY FROM THEM
I purchased four motorcycle accessories online from MCAS, the order process was easy and convenient, delivery was very prompt and the items were received in good condition, as a bonus the delivery was free as the order was over $100.00, will definitely purchase from MCAS online again.
On a previous occasion a few months earlier, I placed an order with MCAS Penrith store, great online service from Motorcycle Accessories Supermarket Penrith, placed an order for adhesive tank gripper, but unsure which colour would be supplied, so I rang the Penrith MCAS store and they confirmed that the order was about to be dispatched, and would check that the correct colour was supplied, within 30 minutes received an email from Australia Post stating delivery later today, the order was delivered to my home before 4:30pm the same day, that's what I call wonderful customer service.
