Meine Heckenschere hat es bei einem dünnen Ast schon gestaucht. Der Motor ist hinüber.
Außerdem lief sie wenn sie heiß wurde nicht mehr richtig.
Nie wieder so ein Spielzeug. Ich kauf wieder Stihl.

Comprato tagliaerba Macculloch in negozio materiali agricoli vicino porta Pacentrana , dopo averli usato 6 volte non parte più.
Lo porto al negozio che lo ha venduto e il negoziante lo restituisce dopo tre mesi senza averlo riparato.

Motoculteur mc culloch depuis 10 ans fonctionne très bien.bon matériel.
Aussi 2 tondeuses de même marque jamais de panne quand on fait bien l'entretien,filtres,bougies,vidange et bien nettoyer

Résultat de tout ça : RIEN de RIEN de RIEN

Le produit :
Tondeuse a batterie Mcculloch Li58-52 M46 avec chargeur et batterie 58V 5.2Ah achetée plus de 900 euros en avril 2020.
Problème de charge de la batterie dès les premières utilisations. Batterie défectueuse et remplacée à mes frais en avril 2022, pas de prise en charge car garantie expiré.
Juillet 2024 la deuxième batterie est de nouveau à remplacer. La batterie n’est plus disponible et Husqvarna a arrêté la commercialisation de la marque McCulloch.

Bilan :
900€ de tondeuse + 290€ de batterie pour 4 saisons de tonte d’un jardin de 400 m2 soit aux total environ 60 utilisations de 30 minutes.

Conclusion :
Un service après-vente à fuir et indigne d’un groupe a renommée internationale, des produits hors de prix pour le service rendu.
Les avis SAV pour les marques HUSQVARNA – GARDENA et MCCULLOCH sur TRUSTPILOT sont plutôt (très) mauvais et devrait être pris en considération par les futurs clients.

HT5622 bought from Robert Dyas because it was relatively cheap at under £100 after my Mcallister developed a few faults. A bit nadgery to start and not very well balanced - all the weight is at the motor end which makes it feel heavier than it is and tiring to use for a long time. This might contribute to a rather uneven cut compared to other machines. I have a Mountfield multitool which is well balanced and gives a better finish although not on the original blades (long story). The Mcallister was a real beast and went through everything first time (so you had to be sure you were cutting carefully). In contrast the HT takes a few passes to get things smooth. It has only done a few hours work so reliability is an unknown but I hope it lasts longer than the couple of years the (very cheap) Macallister managed. On the plus side it is quite parsimonious on fuel, does not smoke at all and runs reasonably cool.

Ich habe eine Heckenschere. Ein Geschenk meiner Frau. Die Heckenschere ist fast, während oder nach einem Einsatz, defekt. Dann immer zum Fachmann. Jetzt wieder.

I am amused to see that the official website for McCullough tools does not mention garden chippers (the things to mince branches and cuttings once you have trimmed the hedge etc.) I bought one of these, an MS2500 model. It is total rubbish. The most dangerous way to waste half an hour in your garden you will ever find. It won't digest anything fatter than a matchstick, spits a good portion of it back out of the top to try and blind you, so you had better wear eye protection, and whinges that you shouldn't put small twigs into it. Ironic, given that small twigs are all it can manage

Difficult to adjust height , hates damp grass .
The only mower I have ever purchased whose body rusted out despite never stored damp, leaving an engine and not much else - AVOID

Laubsauger der Marke McCulloch (Husquarna)

Habe einen Laubsauger der Marke McCulloch am 30.11.23 bei dieser Firma gekauft. Da um diese Zeit eigentlich keine Blätter mehr zu saugen sind nahm ich das Gerät erst im März in Betrieb, um die Blätter vom Herbst aufzusaugen. Dies war ein Akt von gerade mal 1,5 Stunden. Ich wiederholte ein zweites mal eine solche Aktion, nachdem ich die Sträucher gestutzt hatte, also noch einmal 1,5 Stunden.
Plötzlich stellte ich fest, dass der Laubsack undicht war. Bei näherem Betrachten stellte ich fest, dass dieser 3 Rissstellen hat. Ich wandte mich an Agrieuro, den Verkäufer. Die Dame war sehr nett und bemühte sich während bald 2 Monaten, um eine Lösung zu finden. Ich sollte das komplette Gerät an McCulloch (Husquarna) zurückgeben, respektive abholen lassen. (Dies für ein Teil, welches separat ersetzt werden kann). Da das Gerät unterdessen in Frankreich im Ferienhaus war, versuchte man eine Rücknahme über Frankreich. Dies schien nicht möglich. Schlussendlich stellt man nach Monaten fest, dass hier keine Garantie gegeben wird, da dies ein Verschleissteil wäre. Also muss sich jeder beim Kauf eines solchen Gerätes sehr gut überlegen, ob er gerade mal nach 3 Stunden Betrieb einen neuen Laubsack beschaffen muss. Momentan hat man mir eine Gutschrift eim Kauf von 20 Euro angeboten. Der Preis des Sackes ist noch nicht bekannt.

Mc Culloch.. a eviter!

j ai acheté une Débroussailleuse Mc Culloch 2 temps B33 B..
une catastrophe!
livré avec poignées pour gaucher.. 1 heure pour inverser les commandes..
- mode d emploi ne correspond pas au modèle, tres mal expliqué
- machine mal équilibrée.. (elle tourne tte seule a gauche)
- remplissage essence tres mal conçu ! on en met partout a chaque fois..
- le fil ne se déroule pas tt seul.. obligé de stopper la coupe ts les 15 mins..

Bref.. pas chere mais tres mediocre

Il tagliaerba non taglia anzi taglia poco e male in avanti se lo si tira all indietro funziona quasi giusto. Andato in assistenza da subito , dicono che era la lama, poi il prato con erbacce, sostituta la lama ma il problema rimasto , non è possibile tagiare il prato tirando il mezzo in senso opposto , mai più questa marca . Acquisto fatto nel 2021

Und wieder einmal steht man mit einem Teil eines MCCulloch Produktes da und wundert sich warum es nach einem Alter von 4 Jahren schon schrottreif ist.
Wundert sich ?? nein eigentlich nicht. Denn wir als Käufer wissen ja das diese Firma MCCulloch zu einem Geflecht aus Firmen gehört. Na jedenfals wird dort immer nur ganz billige "CHINAWARE" verarbeitet wird. So auch bei einer 4 Jahre alten Schneefräse , Dort ist das Gummiteilchen welches zum ansaugen von Treibstoff, nach langer Standzeit ( Sommer ) benutzt werden soll total Porös und zerrissen. So ein Gummiteilchen kostet in der Herstellung ca. 25ct. soll aber nach langer Suche im Internet sage und schreibe 25€ zzgl. Porto und Verpackung kosten. Nö !!!!! Ein KOSTENGÜNSTIGES Produkt aus einer Apotheke hilft hier für weniger als 2€ hervorragend. Eine Spritze für bis zu 50ml hat den richtigen Anschluss und macht genau das selbe aber eben erheblich Kostengünstiger.
MCculloch und alle zu diesem Konzern gehörenden Firmen = Nein danke !!!!!!!!!!!

Have had this ride on for about 5 years and whilst it's tough as an oul boot and gives no bother, it's useless collecting grass if it's slightly damp, and I mean slightly. I'm forever having to stop and clean out the chute of grass. Would never buy another one for that reason.

Impossible to register the product!
They used to have an online form. Clearly that was too convenient for their customers, so now they tell you to send an email to Gardena.
You get back an email (in German) telling you that they no longer reply to emails and that you have to fill in their online form with your enquiry.
Then you get back another email (in German) asking you if the answers which they given were helpful (which they weren't because there weren't any answers) and to send them an email - which they just told you they don't reply to.
So you send them another email telling them that the answers they didn't provide were not helpful.
You get another email telling you that they've replied to your enquiry, only this time you need to log on to your account to read it.
So you go to the Gardena website (in German) to try to log on to an account that you don't have, only to be told (in German) that the password you've entered is incorrect.
So you try to actually set up an account with them, only to be told by email (in German) that you can't set up an account because you already have an account (yes, the one you haven't set up) Still with me?
You click the reset password link in the email which doesn't take you to a rest password page, it takes you to the home page of the Gardena website.
So you try logging on again only this time you click the forgot password link (in Ger...you get the idea) and they send you a reset password link by email (you know, the things they told you they didn't reply to) Only they don't send you a reset password link.
Instead you get an email thanking you for setting up a new account (yes, that's right, the one they wouldn't let you set up because it already existed)
You've now got 24 hours to 'activate' an account that they wouldn't let you set up. Except the button in the email doesn't do anything, and the link you can copy-paste into your browser just takes you to the Gardena home page.
So, now you have an account which you DIDN'T set up that you can't log on to because the password is invalid and you can't reset it and account which you DID set up, that were told you couldn't set up, which now you can't activate, and a product....

******THAT YOU STILL CAN'T REGISTER!******

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Motorsäge Cs50S.

Die Qualität ist echt sehr fragwürdig. Nach einem Jahr (15fm geschnitten) lässt sich die Säge nicht mehr starten. Im Bereich Zündkerze ist der Starter innen abgebrochen.
Der Vergaser war dazu von Haus aus nie eingestellt!

Für mich eine echte Enttäuschung, da die Säge anfangs einen echt guten Eindruck gemacht hat.
