The vase had not been cleaned properly…
The vase had not been cleaned properly as there was spattering of the engraving substance on the vase and I had to carefully clean it off.. was not impressed.

I cannot recommend this company enough ! I placed an order which I needed urgently. I e - mailed their customer services team to advise and I was told that my order was being rushed through. I received it the next day along with a lovely e mail from customer services. The item was exactly what I wanted and excellent value. Thank you to all involved I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I ordered a condolence book, it was personalized and came in good time. It was beautiful, a lovely book perfect for a nice book of memories. I had also made a typo and emailed them and they fixed it right away. All in all very pleased with what I bought.
