Avoid..... Avoid... Avoid

I brought expensive medication from them.....the EpiPen that came with it was faulty.
They requested pictures and video of the faulty pen and even after seeing them that clearly shows the fault they doubled down saying they couldn't find a fault and it must have been the users fault.
They are keeping my money for an item that is not fit for purpose.....do yourself a favour and avoid

The headline prices for Wegovy are only for new customers. Repeat customer charged much higher price. No telephone number to contact them. They advertise “price match” but this is only compared to a selection of companies, not the whole market.

Absolute diabolical service

Absolute diabolical service. They sat there offering a good service as soon as they take your money they say sorry order is delayed by 4 days. I was speaking to customer service who don’t have a phone number it’s all based in South Africa and you set up a chat then you get blocked and start again. Then they don’t sent your orders they get the order then cancel it after waiting 4 days and tell
You it’s due to the low stock level l. It’s a joke to be honest as I was sic of trying to speak to them

Total lack of customer service

I had ordered meds to value of 150.00. The delivery firm delivered to somewhere unsafe but MedExpress refused to contact them to discuss redelivery options,and noone got back to me to discuss. No compensation,no order received. Never again

Avoid – poor service, no accountability, and out of pocket,

I had a medication on repeat prescription that never arrived. I contacted support through their portal multiple times and was initially met with a generic AI response, followed by what seemed like a human reply promising to investigate further. After that—nothing. No update, no follow-up.

When I chased again, I was told a replacement had been sent. Unsurprisingly, that never arrived either. The tracking link didn’t even show the original package had been received by the courier, which raises serious questions about whether it was ever properly dispatched in the first place.

I requested a refund, but this was refused on the basis that they had “already sent it,” despite there being no evidence of delivery.

At this point, I’m £40 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. The whole experience feels like a cycle of deflection and delay rather than genuine customer support.

I fully expect a templated, damage-limitation reply to this review saying how “disappointed” they are and that they’ll contact me to resolve it—but based on my experience so far, I won’t be holding my breath.

Bought Wegovy

Bought Wegovy, I had 2 dozes (weeks) and the pen stopped working when I was going to apply the 3rd doze. Contacted Customer Service, they said Download the video so I tried but it wouldn't let me, I always ended up on their Home page. I did contact them again but no help whatsoever. Basically I told them at the end, that I would never order again, I had 2 dozes, paid £70 and didn't get any help from them, not even Sorry. What a wasting of money! Never again!

I would urge you to look else

I would urge you to look else. These people are totally unprofessional. I placed an order costing £170, paid for express delivery which I received the next.
But, they sent the medicine without the needles. A week on, I'm still waiting for them for me to be able to start the treatment.
Apparently, the superiors do not have phone numbers and cannot communicate to me.
Their lack of action and consideration is mind-blowing!! Avoid at all cost.

This company is hard to navigate as it is impossible to cancel subscription or prescription, so you will have to wait about a week to get your money back, it is not a good company , they do t want you to go, but at the same time won’t help you to move on, it’s like you are stuck with no where to go, not a good company.

Doesn’t value their customers

Good when things are running smoothly, but when something goes wrong, the experience is incredibly frustrating. It takes weeks on end to get a reply, and even then, no real solution is provided. 0/10 — wouldn’t recommend. Find a company that values their customers.

Incompetent

They took money off me for wegovy medication on 26.02.26. I cancelled the order the same day. Chatted with someone who said they would reimburse the money. The money was put back into my account on 27.02.26 and immediately taken back out by them. I have sent numerous copies of my bank statements requesting the money back and am getting nowhere. It has now come to the stage where I am involving fraud and the police. Looking at the reviews I wished I'd never looked at this company

Ordered the mounjaro 2.5 pen

Ordered the mounjaro 2.5 pen , they take your money ask for all your details , front picture , and ID . Twice I received an email asking to upload photographs again ! Spoke to a chat bot who confirmed it had gone through . Then got an email to say it had been confirmed but the shipment was going to be delayed by a few days ! Then I received 4 emails asking for ID pic again , rang up the number attached to email spoke to someone who said the order had gone through and she would put an urgent review , then I receive ANOTHER email asking me fill in the questionnaire AGAIN!! So I cancelled the order as this has been 4 days since ordering , I cancelled the order to be told it could take up to 10 days to get my money back !! So I can’t go elsewhere until I get my money back . Waste of time !! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I was almost hospitalized by this place…

I was almost hospitalized by this place cause they kept telling my mom that I had allergies but I actually had bronchitis that was about to turn into pneumonia and if my normal doctor didn’t catch it in time I would have been hospitalized I would not recommend going here

Less than 1. Have been ordering mounjaro from medexpress for the last year and all has been good but for the last 2 months I have had a referral voucher for money off. Suddenly my orders are not fulfilled, my messages not responded to and countless number of tickets raised for a callback that do not happen. Money has been taken from my account 2 weeks ago and I can’t see my dashboard or talk to anyone about this. When I start a chat the chat is empathetic and then suddenly says no human available but I have raised a ticket and someone will be in touch _ still waiting. If you care call me on 07736336219

Order 2.5mg mounjaro over two weeks…

Order 2.5mg mounjaro over two weeks ago, parcel not received. Contacted them they sent another, I recieved the exact same photo showing as delivered but I have not recieved been chasing for an update to no avail. Just want my money back so I can go elsewhere. Will now contact my bank tomorrow to try and obtain the money back. Useless company don’t respond to email chases.

MedExpress Customer Service is a joke

Completed the online form a week ago, issued photos etc and was approved. Made the payment, got an email the next day to say the medication was delayed by 1-2 days. I have contacted Med Express using their chat bot today was left holing for 2 hours despite contacting the bot 4 times to chase up the team member I was then sent a chat to say lines are now closed you will receive an email. Full week and no medication recieved, only able to contact them by chat which is rubbish waiting to be connected to a human. Disgusted with the after sales service or lack of it.

Complaint resolved

After an initial disagreement which went unresolved, Medexpress contacted me to offer a solution. Both parties agreed and now i have no complaints and will continue to buy from Medexpress for the duration of my needs.
