I'm almost at the finish line with my orthodontic treatment at Medicadent – this is my second clinic because I had to move, and it’s definitely the best choice I could have made!

Dr. Elif is simply amazing. From day one, she created a comfortable atmosphere, explained everything clearly, supported me throughout the process, and most importantly, made my smile exactly how I always wanted it to be.

And Alize Buket Zengin is just wonderful. If you're a foreigner and worried about organizing your treatment, there's no need to stress with her around. She explains everything, helps with any questions, and is always there with a genuine desire to make the process as smooth as possible.

When choosing a clinic, it's not just about professionalism but also about feeling that you're in good hands. That’s exactly why I fly here from Denmark almost every month. Thank you so much!

My dentist dr İzel Kazak was very good and professional. The Çpatient coordinator Alize Zengin was very, very helpful and kind to me - helping me every step of the way. She helped me by making appointments, reminding me of appointments and translating during the procedures. All very professional. I would recommend her highly.

Wow, where do I start? First of all, I’d like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Medicadent. This clinic truly deserves a galaxy of stars, but since I can only give a 5-star review, that will have to do!

I spent a long time researching natural/holistic dentists who understand the importance of addressing overall health and well-being when treating dental issues.

Earlier this month, I travelled to Turkey for dental treatment at a different clinic where I had two extractions and two titanium implants fitted. Unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare. The procedure was poorly done, perpetuating the stigma often associated with seeking dental care abroad. I was left in immense pain, developed an infection, and saw my existing health issues and autoimmune conditions worsen dramatically. I immediately regretted my decision.

Desperate and anxious about returning to Turkey, I started searching for a clinic that could undo the damage and restore my confidence. That’s when I came across Medicadent. From the start, their patient coordinator, Alize, was an absolute gem. She’s incredibly kind, reassuring, and always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Her excellent English made communication effortless, and knowing I could contact her anytime gave me a sense of relief.

At Medicadent, I was treated by an incredible team: Dr. Izel (TMJ dentist), Dr. Gurkan (oral surgeon), Dr. Aleyna (prosthesis dentist), and of course, Alize, who ensured seamless transitions between procedures. Even the driver was punctual and cheerful, and these little details added to the experience.

One of the main reasons I chose Medicadent was their use of advanced laser technology in most dental procedures. They explained that this technology would significantly reduce the risks associated with removing the implants so soon after placement. True to their word, the entire process was thorough and surprisingly painless. The area was meticulously cleaned using lasers, followed by low-frequency post-treatment laser therapy to support healing. The procedure was quick, and the oral surgeon kept me informed every step of the way, which really helped to calm my nerves.

The personalised care at Medicadent extended far beyond what I expected. I was even offered a delicious bowl of soup before treatment—a small yet thoughtful gesture that made the clinic feel warm and welcoming. The staff, including those in the canteen, were delightful and truly added to the homely environment.

During my visit, a sleep test revealed I needed additional support for nighttime teeth grinding and insufficient oxygen intake. Left untreated, these issues could lead to neurological problems down the line. With limited time before my return to London, the TMJ specialist and the entire team worked tirelessly to create a custom mouth guard in just 24 hours—something that typically takes days.

Medicadent went above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. Their dedication and hard work have restored my confidence in dental care, and I cannot thank them enough. I’ll be returning in a few months to complete my treatment plan, and I can do so with peace of mind knowing I’ve finally found a clinic I can trust.

Initially I thought this was a really great experience and great place. Although it was more expensive than I was expecting, I figured it must be a great place and I'm not sure if this was a one-time experience but already 2 of the fillings have fallen out and it's been just a few months.
And since I don't live in Turkey or anywhere near I am not able to return to repair them.

Ik heb 10 jaar geleden implantatie gedaan in mijn gebid. We zijn nu 10 jaar verder en het zit nog steeds super goed en mooi, ik heb in die 10 jaar nooit last gehad van mijn gebid en ook geen klachten aangehouden. Ik zou deze clinic zeker aanraden voor iedereen die een implantatie wil doen. Ze hebben een super goeie service en je word goed ontvangen door de clinic. Dus ik raad het zeker aan!

Leider war meine kieferorthopädische Behandlung in dieser Praxis eine extrem negative Erfahrung, die ich niemandem weiterempfehlen kann. Ich habe eine feste Zahnspange bekommen und bin dafür mehrfach aus Deutschland angereist. Während einer der Behandlungen fiel mir auf, dass einer meiner unteren Vorderzähne eine bläuliche Verfärbung entwickelte. Ich bin sofort angereist, habe dies dem Kieferorthopäden, Herrn Güzel, gemeldet, aber er ignorierte es und meinte, er könne nichts erkennen.

Nachdem die Zahnspange am Ende der Behandlung entfernt wurde, zeigte sich der blaue Zahn deutlich, und er schmerzte und war empfindlich. Als ich erneut darauf hinwies, kam ein Zahnarzt aus der Praxis, Herr Mehmet Kutlu, der mir lediglich riet, den Zahn in Deutschland überprüfen zu lassen. Mein Zahnarzt in Deutschland stellte dann fest, dass der Zahn aufgrund eines Behandlungsfehlers abgestorben war und nun eine Wurzelbehandlung notwendig wäre. Da ich jung bin und die Wurzelbehandlung Risiken birgt, war diese Diagnose ein Schock für mich.

Trotz der Schmerzen und Verfärbung des Zahns beschloss ich, erneut nach Istanbul zu fliegen, um eine Klärung zu erreichen. Im Behandlungszimmer jedoch begann der Zahnarzt, Herr Kutlu, ohne Absprache damit, mich für eine Wurzelbehandlung vorzubereiten – ohne Erklärung oder mein Einverständnis! Mein Mann und ich waren schockiert über diese Vorgehensweise, zumal wir lediglich eine Stellungnahme zum Behandlungsfehler und eine Lösung wollten, nicht eine Operation!

Der Arzt reagierte daraufhin kühl und meinte, er würde uns die Preisliste zeigen, als sei der Preis unser einziges Bedenken! Ich bat darum, mit dem Leiter der Praxis, Herrn Kazak, zu sprechen, doch auch dieser bestritt, dass ein Behandlungsfehler vorlag, und schickte uns ohne weitere Hilfe zu dem ursprünglichen Kieferorthopäden Herrn Güzel, der nun in einer anderen Praxis arbeitete. Nach einer langen Fahrt dorthin gab es jedoch erneut keine Erklärung oder Unterstützung.

Insgesamt war die Behandlung nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern führte auch zu einem schwerwiegenden ästhetischen und gesundheitlichen Problem: Der Zahn ist immer noch blau und schmerzt, und niemand übernimmt die Verantwortung. Mein Ziel war ein schönes Lächeln mit geraden Zähnen, doch nun bin ich mit einem blauen, schiefen Zahn trotz Retainer und Schmerzen zurückgeblieben.

Diese Praxis wirkt wie eine reine Geldmaschine – viele deutsche Patienten gehen dorthin, aber ich rate dringend davon ab. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft werden hier nur vorgetäuscht, und sobald es zu ernsthaften Problemen kommt, wird jegliche Verantwortung abgelehnt. Bis heute habe ich keine Entschädigung erhalten und leide weiterhin unter den Folgen dieser Behandlung. Ich hoffe, dass meine Erfahrung anderen Patienten eine Warnung sein kann.

This clinic was very hospitable and the staff was amazing. The interpreter Alize did a very good job in helping us and making sure everything was accessible for us. Due to her help, the language barrier did not pose such a big difficulty. Dr. Zafar did a very good job overall with my husband as well. For me and my daughter, the cleaning was very thorough and quick. Very good clinic and experience overall. Thank you to all the staff for their help.

I benefited from the laser-assisted implant treatment service that is not available in other clinics. On the same day my teeth were extracted, I received my temporary prosthetic teeth. I continued without experiencing common issues in dental treatments such as swelling, bruising, or missing teeth. Thank you, Medicadent!

Alize, the patient coordinator, was amazing to work with. She ensured that all my needs were taken care of. From setting up the appointment to arranging my personal transfer to and from the clinic. Upon arrival at the clinic, she was with me every step of the way. Provided translations and explanations on the treatment plan. The doctor and assistant was also amazing. They were very professional. Overall, I feel that Medicadent went all out to ensure that I had a great experience.

Ich habe im Jahr 2022 bei Herrn Zafer Implantate setzen lassen und möchte hier auf diesem Wege meine Erfahrungen teilen: Mit großer Begeisterung habe ich einen Termin wahrgenommen, als ich hörte das die Zahnklinik in Frankfurt, in einer Befreundeten Praxis, eine Voruntersuchung, für potentielle Patienten anbietet. Man verlangte trotz Abrechnung über die Krankenkasse, 50 Euro für die Untersuchung und begründete dies, das Röntgen verfahren und der Kostenvoranschlag, würde diese Summe rechtfertigen und man würde dies auch verrechnen, wenn man sich für eine Behandlung bei Herrn Kazak entscheidet. Ich hatte von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl und habe mich aufgehoben gefühlt. Obwohl es Angebote gab, die wesentlich günstiger waren, habe ich mich für die Behandlung bei Herrn Kazak entschieden. Von der Ankunft bis zum Abflug lief alles perfekt, die Behandlung war schmerzfrei. Als ich ich nach zwei Monaten eine Zahnreinigungstermin hatte, kam die große Ernüchterung. Man teilte mir mit, das kein Knochenaufbau stattgefunden hat, obwohl man mir diese in Rechnung gestellt hat. Man hat dies weder mit mir kommuniziert und abgesprochen. Als ich dies der Klinik mitteilte, hielt man es nicht mal für Notwendig sich dafür zu entschuldigen. Man hat mich mit unterirdischen Argumenten versucht zu vertrösten. Auf meine Mitteilung, die Behandlung nicht mehr fortzuführen, stellte man mir 500 Euro in Rechnung. Es hat sich, bis heute niemand bei mir entschuldigt. Niemand hat es für wichtig empfunden, mich in diesem Thema ernst zu nehmen man hat mich teilweise versucht, mit unterirdischen Argumenten zu vertrösten.

I visited Istanbul from the States and decided to undergo dental work on a root canal-treated front tooth (#9) with Medicadent after weeks of research. It turned out to be the best decision I’ve made. If you're concerned about the aesthetics of a crown, especially for a front tooth, look no further than Medicadent. Dr. Zafer Kazak and Dr. Gürkan Adioglu created a personalized treatment plan to extract my root canal-treated tooth and place an implant due to gum resorption from trauma. The process was remarkably easy and fast with minimal swelling, thanks to the post-treatment care including laser treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Nesrin Sönmez, who worked on both my temporary restoration and final crown, ensuring the color and shape of the crown matched the rest of my teeth. The smooth implant process and Dr. Nesrin’s talent in crown aesthetics made it well worth the trip. I am happy with my results. Huge thank you to the dedicated team at Medicadent, along with consultants Duygu and Seda, who supported me every step of the way in regaining my smile.

My crown fell out of my mouth. Medicadent was able to see me quickly and fix the problem within a week. I felt very cared for. They had did an excellent job repairing and putting a new crown in for my tooth. I would highly recommend their dental clinic.
