Tammy takes the time to check all relevant considerations between appropriate plans. My questions were answered and we talked about why one plan might be better than another. Much easier than me trying to figure it out by myself.

I told them in October that I did not…
I told them in October that I did not want to renew my insurance. January the 1st they took money out of my bank account and then delete me from the system. They stole my money and deleted me so I couldn't use the insurance they made me buy against my wishes. I've filed a complaint but already know that won't do any good. Telling everyone my experience is my best option. They stole from me and they will steal from you. This company is trash. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do or how to respond to the person asking for more information. Ive never been in this situation and don't understand what I need to do. This is going to end up being a waste of time. I've never had to file complaints before. I've never had a company do me dirty like this. I noticed there's no help so I'm on my own. ☹️
