Customer service is awful. Most of the managers are uncivilised or uneducated. Most of the employees are the same. One year ago, some of the stores of this company were closed by ANPC inspectors for Health and Safety issues. Big issues, like mold inside the fridges. This is a performance. I went to an interview for a job and the lady manager told me she wants women, but because I was sent by the HR department she will give it a go. She was really rude. She told me how she managed to create problems to a new employee. I declined the offer. I don't want to work for a company we're the manager is struggling to create issues for its own employees just to have fun. I learned one thing since I arrived in Romania, and one thing only, if you don't know somebody inside a company is very hard to get a job in this country. This feels like corruption to me. It should be a fair process, not a corrupt one. Awful. The authorities should investigates this company and others like it. Peace.

Cea mai josnica si fraudulenta companie. Mi-e mi-au luat banii si nici acum nu mi-au dat, binenteles comanda facuta online pe siteul lor a ajuns la alta adresa findca siteul lor nu merge ori incompetenta lor. De doua zile incerc sa-i sun si nu raspund la telefon, singurul pe care-l au e 0800 410 900 si +40 21 224 66 77 cel cu 0800 nu mai exista findca nu raspund iar la celalat un robot raspunde, si desi tastez 1 pt client ori 2 pt sediul central nimeni nu raspunde si spune ca nu e disponibil nimeni sa vorbeasca cu mine. Atentie, deci asta de doua zile i-am sunat de 30 de ori, la orele de lucru. Binenteles ca voi sesiza acum protectia consumatorului pentru furt de bani si servicii nelivrate adica comanda facuta si nelivrata.

Frigiderele sunt scoase din priza seara, in jurul orei 21.00. De ce?

Anumite sortimente care se termina din stoc nu sunt, probabil, solicitate de la distribuitori cu lunile, desi ar trebui puse la dispozitia cumparatorilor. Vezi sortimentele de cafea, inclusiv cea fara cofeina de la Tchibo, de exemplu.

Statiile de incasare self-pay sunt subdimensionate. Desi acum aproximativ un an erau trei, au ramas doar doua. Acest lucru genereaza timpi de asteptare mai mari la coada.

Casele de marcat sunt vechi; masa pe care pui sacosa pentru cumparaturi are o panta care nu permite asezarea produselor cu usurinta. Ar trebui schimbata cat mai curand.

POS-urile pentru plata cu cardul au momente in care functioneaza greu sau deloc, ceea ce incetineste procesul de incasare si genereaza cozi.

Intrarea in magazin este murdara si cu aspect neingrijit iar patina timpului începe sa își lase amprenta peste acest Mega-Image.

Parcarea este neorganizata si foarte murdara. Se vede ca nu da nimeni cu matura pe acolo. Locurile de parcare nu se disting deoarece pavajul nu este spalat cu apa sub presiune. Deși exista sistem de iluminat al parcării, de 11 ani de cand stau in Chiajna, NU l-am văzut vreodată aprins, in schimb, in fata caselor de marcat au un TV mare pe care afișează cati KW produc ei cu panourile fotovoltaice. Noroc cu lumina de la competiția de vis-a-vis, de la vecini sau cel asigurat pe strada, de primărie.

Spatiul verde de pe laterala magazinului este o mizerie totala: plin de deseuri si neingrijit. Un gard ar ajuta la pastrarea curateniei. Celelalte spatii verzi sunt lasate in paragina. O floricica sau cateva plante ornamentale ar imbunatati imaginea generala si ar bucura ochii clientilor si trecatorilor.

Reclama luminoasa stradala are litere care nu mai sunt iluminate de mult timp.

Intr-un cuvant, magazinul nu se ridica la nivelul celorlalte din oras. Intregul concept din Chiajna ar trebui revizuit cat mai curand.

At Mega Image Copou ,Iasi,there is a very amable gentelman,at 50 years old, maybe , i admired that he put to all clients the products into the plastic bag,personally,after they pay the products.Also, he is very kind with everybody ,and move very fast. Once again,we can notice that ,people like him are important for a busiiness,also he is not very young.Congrats!

Everything is broken on their website. I wanted to close my account since they no longer offer online services, but I cannot even do that.
So you get stuck on a website which you cannot even use

Ce a mai neserioasa doamna magazinul Charles du Gaulle! Azi! Nu pot sa cred ca o doamna în vârstă sa fie atât de lipsita de educație, bun simt. Am cumpărat azi acum 1 ora! Doamna nu avea sau nu a dorit sa dea rest în schimb eu am avut cumpărături de 58 lei, dat 100 lei în 2 bacnote de 50 lei. Mirata ca nu am 8 lei rest, sau card. A început sa tipe la coada era un domn în datele meu care avea suma fixa și o doamna! Dansa a dat mărunt.. 10 lei. I-am spus politicos doamnei casiere ca nu am nici card, nici mărunt! Ma rog! A țipat la coada și doamna a scos 10 lei, dat. În spatele meu tipaaa ca mwai sa ii aduc banii doamnei! Noroc ca o cunoaște! Ce comportament de doamna în vârstă peste 70 de ani. Este acesta? U nu sunt mucea la 43 de ani, in plus nu am voie sa ma enervez ca am facut chimioterapie anul trecut! Ok? Am vorbit calm,polticos. Lăsați doamna, fetele tinere sa lucreze!

Today v,Asians,a family of 3 visited mega image.v often go to there for shopping.when v were self paying,an old lady from megs image came to us and said u r paying wrong.oranges doesn't cost 7.49 per kg.She Said,it costs 13.49 Ron per kg.i told her to check the original price,it costs 7.49 Ron per kg.she tried just to humiliate us said no just becoz of ur daughter,I will give u these oranges cheap.becoz when her colleague checked the price,it was 7.49 Ron per kg.just to cover her bad behaviour with foreigners,she didn't confess her mistake.v r educated people,travelled alot.v r not theives.this was highly disgusting and insulting attitude

Societa' poco seria, ho annullato un ordine il 30 maggio, e' arrivata email di conferma annullamento, a distanza di 16 giorni ancora non ho i miei soldi indietro.
Non ordinero' mai piu' con lore e non consiglio fare acquiti da loro.

The attitude of the staff at this location is so unacceptable that it deserves to be highlighted as a serious management issue.

The cashier not only rudely instructed me where I “should” stand at the checkout, as if I were incapable of making such a decision, but also used an unfriendly, almost aggressive tone. Eye-rolling, exasperated sighs, and an overall unprofessional approach seem to be the norm in this store.

Even worse, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was met with the same dismissive and disrespectful attitude from Ms. Margareta, as if I were causing an unnecessary disturbance rather than simply expecting the respect and professionalism that any paying customer deserves. Being treated as if you are “taking the merchandise for free” in a store where you are, in fact, a customer, is not only insulting but also a clear sign of a deep-rooted disregard for customer service.

If this behavior is tolerated and left unaddressed, it is clear that this location has completely lost sight of what customer service should be.

Cumparaturi de 300 de lei si nu iti dau un cartonas pt copil, un jeg de magazin.

Mega Image Cotroceni is everything a store should not be.. Starting with hygene especially at thea bread area where everyone can touch the bread with dirty hands and no one says a word. Employees are rude.,Poor products selection. No organic foods or too few choices especially if they are promoting their own brand, Everything overpriced. No acces ramp for disabled people. Entrance doors are dirty. Self service payement is not working for more then 6 month and is always very busy at the cash register. People from Cotroceni need to take the car and go shopping to other supermarkets to find quality food. Very Very dissapointing

MISERABLES! Incomplete delivery, damaged products, expired, delayed, l without any resolution. I called countless times but nothing was resolved...

Aseara am luat de la Mega de pe str Ciresar, Bragadiru, Ilfov, oua proaspete Gusturi Romanesti! Azi am pus 3 oua la fiert si pluteau in apa…deci vechi rau!!! Mega ne pacaleste cu mult marketing pe ambalaje dar vinde produse proaste si vechi! O sa fac plangere la ANPC! Nu luati alimente de la Mega!!!!!

Buna seara, a fost prima data cand am comandat online pentru o ruda intrucat eu locuiesc in strainatate . Am ramas profund impresionata de eficienta si calitatea serviciilor dumneavoastra. Sper ca pe viitor sa se poate comanda si produsele lactate, fructele si legume in mediul rural. Felicitari!
