Meguiars Avis 

Used Swirl Remover for many years and the product usually lasts for years, except for the last one--which possibly separated into a watery viscosity. Customer service guy was fairly rude and put me on the defense, quick to point out my faults as a user. Waste of time to call them. Most of Meguiars products are pretty good, partly because their system is easier to figure out vs competitors.

I only read the Trustpilot reviews after placing my order with Meguairs.nl. I was therefore half expecting not to receive my order. However, it was received today, Dec 14. My order was placed Dec 12, hence the five stars. One observation is that the actual sender was MTEC Auto Detailing in Eemes and not Mequairs itself. I therefore assume Mequairs outsources delivery to one of its stockists?

21 augustus 2022 voor ruim 100 euro aan artikelen besteld. Tot vandaag nog niets geleverd. Op mailtjes wordt niet gereageerd. Op app contact wordt niet gereageerd. Waarschuwing bestel hier NOOIT!!!!je bent je geld kwijt.

Onbetrouwbare producten, ik vroeg vooraf advies om producten die een matte look effect hebben op lederen autobekleding, er werden mij 2 producten aanbevolen, bij aankoop, allebei met glanzend effect !!! Na klacht wimpelen ze alle verantwoordelijkheid weg, niets kopen dus !!

This product ruined my new Cadillac Escalade rims. Trying to get answers from customer service before I report product and conduct to better business bureau. My rims are expensive and it ate threw them. Do not buy this product.

I bought the kit after my black car got absolutely covered in tree sap then went on to bake on completely solid in the sun, I was away for 2 weeks and it baked solid in this year's soaring temperatures. What appeared after washing was tiny drops that appeared to be burn marks. I tried scrubbing with hot soapy water to no use, it didn't even take a small amount off. I was skeptical about the kit but thought I'd try it before seeking professional help. Wow! What a difference, it looks like a brand-new paint job. It took some effort mind you, but it wasn't rocket science. Spray a small area with the spray, and scrub with the clay, you can literally feel it smoothing off under your finger tips. Then I polished the liquid off and it left a deep silky smooth shine. I am very very happy and would thoroughly recommend this for tree sap. I even did the glass with it and that came out like brand new too. I'm going to try on my Mrs car which hasn't got sap on it as it literally produces a deep, deep shine. Thanks Meguiars!!!!

Purchased Meguiars Scratch Eraser Kit for my Daughters car, very impressed with results, but after about 10 days marks came back, so i contacted Meguiars just to find out what went wrong, well i must say there customer services needs to be sacked, said they will have been put back in, this could be via rings, keys or bags marking the paint,
all in the same places, i must say thats very good to get the marks back in the exact same places,
i will not purchase or recomend Meguiars to any one,
do not purchase this product

I purchased a top of the range dual action polisher and the soft black pad fell to bits the first time that it was used.
I contacted Meguiar's customer service and never got any reply from them at all.
When you spend £380 on a product you want quality and the polisher is very good but sadly I cannot say the same for the customer service.

I bought an expensive 230v polishing machine from Maguiars.
The machine had very little use but was out of warranty when it just stopped working. I sent it back to the shop I got it from and they sent it back to Maguiars who after weeks returned it saying it wasn’t repairable - bump, end of story, no explanation of what was wrong.

Needed help choosing a new shampoo as I was using diamond bright...... Pointed onthe direction of the wash and wax........ And wow!!!!!.... Never gonna use any other brand again....... Showroom condition and the price ain't over the top either!.... Hats off to ya.

Had a very small issue with my snowfoam cannon so I contacted customer services. I spoke to Tom who sent out a new connector for my lance that I received the next day. All works perfectly now. Great service, great products...I'm a huge fan of most of Meguiars detailing range. Thanks to Tom and the whole team.

just ordered and used this product. looks good easy to follow instructions. back to black no trim on our van and done a good job for 90% went over again on a second coat and looks amazing will definatly order again if it lasts a while

tried out Meguiars scratch remover , really hard work for nil return, it did'nt lift any of the hair line scratches on my merc ....useless

Absolutely a waste of space no spares can be purchased for any things they sell that are more than 1 year old don’t use this company. There are many more companies that sell the same equipment use them not Meguiars

The customer service for Meguiars is completely unacceptable for a big company such as themselves and really poor. I contacted them at least 4 times through various different platforms with an issue with one of their products. Each time I was ignored and my issue was not dealt with. Really disappointed as before now I was an avid user of Meguiars products and wanted to use them when opening my new business. I would not recommend Meguiars to anyone. There are other companies out there whose products are just as good and they actually care about their customers.

Ordered £45 worth of products and they also sent me a free kit bag and was also free delivery.. very pleased...
