Mendip Conservatories Avis

Very good service all round, couldn't fault the installation or product. Very pleased customer.

Having spent a couple of years deliberating about changing our existing hardwood conservatory that was in excess of 30 years old, with the same again or PVCu we finally settled on a aluminium option and went to Mendips showroom in Congresbury as they were a local supplier of these. They had several options on display and after some very helpful advice we typically settled on a combination option from a different roof supplier and different window supplier - initially this wasn't an obvious available option but after checking this with Kim the owner he went off and made the appropriate calls to the two suppliers to check this out to see if it could be done. In a timely manner we had an answer that confirmed it was possible and we proceeded with placing our order. He knew that they had an installer that would be able to deal with any of out of ordinary scenarios that may arise and we were duly booked in. They completed a site survey and discussed all options and even accommodated a change in specification of the bi fold doors we had selected.
At all times from our initial showroom visit we were dealt with professionally, courteously and timely including paperwork, return calls/emails, through to removal of the old and erection of our new conservatory.
We now have a superb new aluminium conservatory that looks stunning that we are using more than we ever did and that we are proud to show off.
Huge thank you to Kim, George and Pete and we have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experience.

I thoroughly recommend Mendip Conservatories for the professionalism they showed throughout the whole process from my initial enquiry through to the final installation.
I recommend them so much that in fact I’m going back to them to have a new door fitted on another part of house !!!

Great quality job, tradesmen arrived when they said they would & tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend Mendip

Excellent service and communication. Great team of workers.

Mendip Conservatories provided new windows for our house and extension and a new wave door for our extension. We have been very pleased with the service that they have offered from the initial quote all the way through to installation. Always easy to get hold of somebody, prompt communications and reliable. Would highly recommend.

I’d like to Sadie and George for making this a simple and pleasurable process. We’re really happy with the door and can’t fault the service you guys have provided.

Mendip Conservatories were recommended to us by friends in Bath who told us they were not the cheapest of companies, but probably the best locally! We did not bother to get comparative quotes, qualiity being more important than cost, and can say that we had first class treatment from all contractors and individuals working for Mendip Conservatories, in terms of communication, site visits and paperwork explaining the stages involved in the project. The work was carried out in three stages by three separate teams: firstly the builders putting in the foundations, dwarf walls, base and drains, then the glass and PVC superstructure was added by one technician in just a day, and finally the plasterers. All were polite, efficient and competent, and left no mess. We were particularly impressed by the high standard of workmanship by Pete, who put up the glass and frame completely on his own, remaining on site until 9.00pm to get the job completed. The entire process went smoothly and from our point of view was problem free. We opted to complete the electrics, porcelain flooring and painting ourselves, and are now the proud occupants of a beautiful, useful new conservatory addition to our kitchen, which has had daily use throughout the winter months.

Delighted with end result. Kim & team dealt efficiently with issues arising, keeping us informed at all times. We now have a fantastic garden room.

Great salesman,no pushing. Site staff were great at clarifying tweets and changes. Product was excellent but the best bit was the installation team. Very professional, respectful of our home, clean smart and fast. I own a kitchen fitting business and would happily employ any of the team.
The whole process from introduction to completion was a dream. Thank you

Very pleased with our conservatory/extension, from the planning where all our wishes were taken into account and suggestions made to the construction where top class tradesmen were used to produce a lovely quality end result, would recommend them any time.

Very pleased indeed. Mendip Conservatories listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions and I was pleased with the choices made. They were professional, installation went according to plan, and was on budget and completed on time. I would recommend them.

Outstanding service all through from quote to final fix. I cannot recommend Mendip conservatories enough! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

We received good and honest advice from Mendip Conservatories about these type of doors when we first enquired about them. Gary was extremely helpful putting together the quote. The fitters were friendly and did a very good job. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the finish.
When we decided to have our front door replaced we did not hesitate in contacting Mendip Conservatories again and received the same high level of service from them.
We had a few minor problems with the doors but these were dealt with promptly without question.

Mendip Conservatories replaced our old carbonate roof panels with glass panels in under two days. They were clearly very knowledgeable, from initial survey to completion, very tidy and polite on the job and quick to respond when a couple of minor tweaks were needed a few days later. Mendip Conservatories are value for money and we are delighted with the end result.

I would definitely recommend Mendip Conservatories to anyone. They did a great job on mine, overall a great price and a helpful service.

Our experience was first class from the start to finish. Also very reasonably priced. Outstanding!
