False Advertising on Web vs Instore
I was VERY dissapointed that the 30% off belts and dress shirts appears to be an online only promotion? I spent 137.78 for a single shirt and a belt? Don't get me wrong, I love them both, but I will never step foot back into a Men's Wearhouse with this false advertising. The person checking me out looked at me like I was confused, so I checked again when I got home, but I was correct - there is nothing that says online only.
I spent over a 1000 dollars there in the past 12 months, but if I do not receive a response to this complaint I will never step foot in there again.
Fraudulent Business Practices Aliana TX location
Drove thirty minutes to Aliana location #1108 to get measured for a suit. They took my measurements and ordered the suit and shipped to my house. Upon receipt, they measured wrong and pants were too long. Contacted store and now they want another $25-$30 to fix their mistake. Contacted their headquarters and they told me oh well, that was up to the individual locations. Do NOT do business with these crooked people.
Guard your wallet against marsmen!
After taking weeks and weeks of Mars men and working out, I was completely disgusted. I felt nothing different. I felt nothing at all.I see no results. I would never buy this product again period it is trash with a nice packaging.
I complained to the company about what trash it was. That should have been enough, but instead they build me again for a $163, and sent it to an address. I do not even live at anymore.
Buyer beware of these gimmicks.

Horrible Experience with an associate
My fiancé had an appointment tonight with 5 of his groomsmen to be fitted for their suits. The associate, Ashley, was very rude to him. He simply explained the order number and what the associate Austin, had told us days prior when we made our profile and picked out the suits which was all of the groomsman need to get fitted first and pay for their rentals first in order to receive his promotion of his suit for free. Sue said she’s never heard of such a thing and when he explained let me call my sister who was here as well and can verify, she snapped stating “well your sister doesn’t work here” which is very unnecessary and rude. Even at the end of the appointment when he purchased additional items separate, he apologized in case he came off rude, and she cut him off and stated “I don’t want to get into it” and cut him off. I worked in retail for 15 years and this is not how you treat customers especially when you just made $1,000 from these 5 groomsmen. It was a completely disappointing experience and it sounds like Ashley should get a job out of customer service. Every other associate was very helpful and polite.
Horrible Experience
My experience with Men's Wearhouse was horrible. When i picked up, my pants were too big, which is not that big of deal. they ordered new pants, which were delivered to the wrong store. when i eventually got new pants, they were too short, and had to ship me to another store to get them tailored. horrible experience and i would not recommend them.

For the next hour, Chad devoted himself to my needs, answering questions, assisting wherever I needed advice & went above & beyond in helping me. Later that day, I discovered I accidentally left my pill fob in one of the suit pants I was wearing. When I called the store in a panic, Chad was quick to not only find the fob, he calmly reassured me they would retain the pills for me upon my return. Chad went so far above and beyond in helping me today that he's gained a loyal customer for however long he wants me to shop there! Thank you so very much! Chief Brady

We went to Men's Wearhouse in Southland's Mall, Aurora, CO to buy clothes for my husband to wear to a wedding. We had no idea what to buy since we haven't bought a suit for him in ages. Nathan, a salesman at the store, was wonderful! He helped us with the sizing and also matching the jacket, pants, and shirt. We would have been lost without his help. Thank you, Nathan!

My son rented his wedding tux there. The tux fit him perfectly. He looked amazing!! Mom of the groom here… went to return the tux on Tuesday after the wedding.
I had no idea that it was due back the day after the wedding. Charged $40 in late fee fees. (2 days).
I asked for the manager to see if I could be given one day grace. Truly not reasonable to have the return be the next day. Mitch never came over to talk to me. Just sent the Young sales person back to tell me NO.
I completely understand corporate policy. But, customer service from the manager (Mitch) would have been nice. The young sales person was delightful, professional, anpologetic and kind. He should be the manager! (not sure what his name was!)

I needed a suit for my daughter's…
I needed a suit for my daughter's wedding. i went in 6 days before the wedding. They fitted me for a rental suit.
When it came in, I tried on the suit and brought up that the pants were loose. The lady tightened them off on the sides. They still felt a little loose, nut it felt like they wanted to get me out as fast as possible. I did successfully walk down the aisle with my daughter. The rest of the event I had to hold my pants up. When my wife and I were leaving I had my arms full carrying things to our car and on the way to the car my pants fell down. It was very hard to enjoy our daughter's wedding.

I walked into the Rosedale Mens Warehouse and within minutes I'd been greeted, measured and was trying on a variety of light summer jackets.
Kienan helped me select a great jacket as well as two complimentary dress shirts.
Its been a long time since I felt that good about purchasing clothes. Keinan could easily have up sold me on much higher costing goods. He gave me so e great ideas why the jacket I ultimately chose was the better of the options.
I picked up a couple dress shirts as well and felt great about the choices and how they looked as wrll.

The tux jacket was down to middle of his thigh and sleeves were past his finger tips.

I went to drop off the tux today and showed pics of jacket and how dissatisfied I was that after being measured for 2 hrs !!
That’s what they decided was his fit.
They offered me 25.00 on a 250.00 rental
And my son was without his tux for prom .
I would not return to this store as they truly don’t know what they are doing in there .

I ordered a suit for my son‘s prom. When I received the suit, it was great quality, but was not the right size. I had to return the suit and did receive a partial refund like they said I would. I had paid for a prepaid label, but never received it. A nice lady from the company named, Freya called and helped me get my refund for the label that I never received. She was very helpful, friendly and kind. I appreciated her help! I would recommend this company if you are in need for a suit.
Two Tuxedos, No Solution: A Rental Disaster on My Son’s Wedding Day
I was measured and fitted for a tuxedo at Men’s Warehouse in Danbury CT on March 30th and was scheduled to pick it up on May 27th.
I arrived at the Danbury store at approximately 5:00 p.m. on May 27 to pick up my tuxedo, only to be told that it had not arrived. Since I was leaving town at noon the following day, May 28, for my son's wedding, I called the store again that morning. They still did not have it.
I asked if they could ship it overnight directly to the hotel where the wedding was being held, and they agreed.
On May 29, I checked with the hotel's front desk at approximately 5:00 p.m. They had not yet received the package but told me they would contact me when it arrived. While waiting, I received a text message from the Danbury store stating that my tuxedo was ready for pickup.
Naturally, I was confused. I immediately called the store to verify the message, and they confirmed that my tuxedo was indeed at the store and available for pickup.
At that point, I had one obvious question: If my tuxedo was sitting in the Danbury store on May 29, what exactly had they shipped to me on May 28?
The package eventually arrived at the hotel sometime after 5:00 p.m. on May 29. However, because of pre-wedding events and the rehearsal dinner that evening, I was unable to pick it up until the morning of May 30—the day of the wedding.
When I opened the package, obviously it was not the tuxedo I had originally ordered. In fact, it wasn't even close to fitting me.
Once I learned on May 29 that my actual tuxedo was still sitting in the Danbury store, I immediately called and asked that it be shipped overnight to another address where I could receive it before the wedding. I was assured that it would arrive between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. on May 30.
It did not.
The tuxedo arrived later that afternoon, well after the wedding photographs had been taken and after the wedding ceremony began.
In the end, I was left with two tuxedos that I could not wear and had to return.
I eventually spoke with management and received a refund. They attributed the problems to FedEx/ shipping. Well, if Fed ex is the problem, can’t you send it out just one day earlier?? But honestly, this all misses the point. This wasn't just another tuxedo rental. It was my son's wedding day!!
Imagine arriving for a wedding or other milestone event and discovering that the attire you ordered months in advance isn't there. Imagine being told it was shipped, only to learn it was actually sitting back at the store. Then imagine finally receiving a package and finding that it isn't even your order and doesn't come close to fitting. Finally, imagine being promised that the correct item will arrive before the event, only to have it show up after the photos have been taken and the ceremony has begun.
No refund can give those moments back.
I'm sharing this experience not simply to complain, but to help prevent someone else from finding themselves in the same situation. When you're trusting a company with attire for a wedding, graduation, or other once-in-a-lifetime event, reliability isn't optional—it's the entire service being purchased. Unfortunately, that reliability was completely absent in my experience.
All there stores are terrible
All there stores are terrible, I had the worst service at the Fort Myers location, terrible employees and service, I managed upper end men's stores for 30 years and I'd fire every employee at that location, most uninformed staff I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Ordered a suit, I was told I could pick it up the next day, when I drove the 30 miles, only the suitcase was available and the employee canceled the order without ever informing me, no email, phone call nothing.
Inexperienced staff had no clue how to do anything to solve my issue and I need it for my daughters wedding. I later found this was a common issue, they need to hire informed staff that know clothing (no idea on material, fit or cut)
Do not waste your time or money, find another store (not easy in Punta Gorda or Fort Myers). I'll never go into their store nor buy online ever again.
