This is the second picture I have received from Meow & Beagle, the first picture was gifted to me and I loved it so much I had to purchase a second one as a gift for Christmas. Both pictures are absolutely beautiful and capture every detail of my dogs. They are very sentimental as they include two of our dogs who have sadly passed. Amazing pictures, amazing prices and the contact by the owner was fab she was happy to answer any questions. I will be buying from here again 5 stars from me.

Great product but not customer service
The product is amazing and looks great!! But I had to chase up the preview and also the delivery, which was late and when I emailed I still haven’t had a reply.

Website is clear and easy to navigate, customer service from Zoe is first class, really clear communication and helpful follow up emails making sure we got the best possible image. The end result was incredible and the print received looks stunning!

A disappointing experience.
Unfortunately my experience with Meow and Beagle was not great. I ordered my portrait over 3 weeks prior to me needing it for a gift after reading the recommended processing times on the website. The communication was incredibly poor, and it took me a good few attempts before receiving a response. I was eventually told my portrait would be posted on Friday first class - which meant I’d have received it in time. I followed this up on Monday to ask for a tracking number to which I never received a response. Sadly it transpired that I was lied too as it was then not posted until Monday evening. This meant the portrait was not delivered in time for me to gift it - so a very disappointing, and frustrating service to say the least.

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with Meow & Beagle. I did try my very best to get your order to you as you did mention this was a gift. I am one person creating the artworks so I can not always respond to every email/message I get, but I do try my best to keep in touch with all my customers.
My processing times are 7 business days for your to receive your pet portrait preview. This is a guide for when you could receive your preview and not a guarantee. This also may be increased due to a high volume of orders or other impacting factors and currently with Covid-19 there maybe a slight delay, which I do contact my customers if this is the case. Shipping times are also 3-5 days.
Your order preview was sent 9 business days after you placed your order, I apologise for this delay, I did also mention in an email it was possible for your item to be posted Friday, however unfortunately there was a delay on printing. Your order was shipped asap Monday morning at 10am.
I’m very sorry I failed to meet your expectations. I value my customers’ opinions and would like to thank you for bringing this to my attention.
