I can understand how overwhelming it can feel when presented with too many options, but it’s great to see that you’ve successfully found work through Messly and received lots of job opportunities from our agencies. Messly provides you with lots choice is to ensure you get the rates and pick of locum work in your area. We work with 15/18 largest recruitment agencies who cover 80%+ of all locum work in the NHS. We let them compete to find you locum work, which puts you in control and helps you compare the market without having to register with them all. We also provide you with a dedicated Messly team member who can answer your questions and help you sift through the job offers if things get overwhelming. Within the app, you can also use filters to search for specific job types, locations, rates, and other criteria that are important to you.

Highly recommend using this app for any…
Highly recommend using this app for any doctor looking for locum work. I managed to secure a job fitting all my requirements soon after registering, and the whole process was simple from start to finish. Finding locum jobs and filtering through the different agencies can get overwhelming but using Messly took away that headache!

Making it easier to find locum work
I like that a number of quality assured agencies are registered with Messly and that it's possible to upload documents and the agency can request access to them as the whole process is otherwise overwhelming and very time consuming. However, I have found that every agency still requires an application form to be filled out and they have different compulsory modules that need to be completed before work can begin.
