Absolutely shocking. Please save yourself the hassle and go for a good company like Gemini worktops which are better priced and quality workman. Had agro from the get go. The fitters turned up early and rushed the job because they were going onleave for Eid celebrations. Didn’t speak much English so communication bad. The stone is nice but the fitting is bad. The stone was not scribed to walls correctly (big gaps that has nothing to do with my walls) and the hole for the tap was off centre. I was called fussy but held the rest of the payment until they fixed the wonky window sill but they still would not correct tap alignment (see photos) window sill still wonky but they were so moody towards me for having to come back I just wanted them out. Only 6 weeks later the silicone behind my taps and on window sill has all cracked. The silicone is a bad job all round but it’s sealed! The silicone behind tap is not sealed and cracked and water getting in….I have contacted the company numerous times and I’m now being ignored. I need to get someone else to fix it. For the cost of these worktops I expect a better job. I should have listen to the bad review before but trusted them as someone else had an OK job. The only way you can pay is through a bank transfer so that’s a red flag to start with. Nice stone but shockingly bad fitters. Anyone thinking of using this company please think twice. There are other stone companies that offer correct fitting and same quartz at the same price and even offer finance. Use at your own risk. I rarely leave reviews but if it saves at least one person getting a bad job them at least it’s helped. Wish I had listened to the review on trust pilot regarding the fitting. Good luck

Beautiful product, cracked due to poor fitting. Terrible customer service, ignored

Went to this company in Beckenham in good faith after being recommended by my kitchen designer at Howdens. V helpful in selecting quartzite stone. First red flag when they wanted full payment in cash/bank transfer (no cards) up front. Template wasn’t taken properly so they had to recut the stone in situ which resulted in a crack at hob corner. After being ignored by repeated phone/email messages, had to turn up in shop before they would agree to come and look at it. Agreed to replacement almost three months on but no idea of when this might happen as they’re waiting for another customer to order the same colour of stone. Reluctant to leave bad review but want to warn others before they pay out.

Great service throughout, knowledgeable and helpful to our needs. Also very flexible when we needed a change. Would certainly recommend. Thanks!

Bez and his team were recommended by my tiler (who is also great) and they did a great job. Helpful, patient to explain how the process works, happy to discuss options to make the most efficient use of the materials and work around any quirks. The installation team were friendly, quick and efficient in the measuring and installation of the work top and the results are great.

Received excellent service from Nicki and his team. We were treated like family,The quality and efficiency of their work was amazing. So happy with my new quartz worktop. Would highly recommend them to everyone, guaranteed not to disappoint.

Bez and his team were great. At the design stage, Bez helped cut through my indecision by showing me great options to match my kitchen style and budget. And then the fitting team were really pleasant and hard working. I threw some curve balls at them by changing a few elements of the design but they took it all in their stride. They worked until late into the evening to make sure the worktop was fitted perfectly and didn't cut any corners. Everyone comments on how gorgeous the worktop looks.

I stumbled against this company by pure chance and I believe by divine intervention!! I had just left one of the National chain Kitchen companies to try and order a quartz worktop installed and they were quoting a two week installation. By chance got caught in traffic and saw the shop. Parked and went in and best thing I ever did!! Much more variety to choose from and had my installation superbly done within a week and the splash back which I did not order thrown in for free!! Great guys

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who's doing their kitchen. The owner Des goes to great lengths to make the customer happy and the price is Very reasonable too.
