I took my machine in because it was having issues connecting with the internet. Of course it connected right away on their router. Was also experiencing some slowness with page loading especially with chrome browser. Allowed them to do an hour service/checkout of the system which included a thermal check. The system came back ok with their checkout and I was satisfied with some theories as to why it may be running slow. They never could get it to not connect to their router. Long story short is they only charged me half of the fee for the basic service which was much appreciated.

First gaming PC since I built my first one over 20 years ago. I am very pleased with this build! Super excited!

My husband purchased my dream PC.
My old system was starting to hang up and gaming was becoming frustrating. I saw the Meta PC add on Facebook and fell in love with a case. I know its funny to love a case. But the PC itself has proven to be a power house. I can play all my games from WoW to Ark (we all know how Ark is)with no issues. Performance and graphics are something out of this world. From time of purchase to receiving and playing my games has been so smooth. No issues and would highly recommend.

Me and my dad went there just to check it out (and maybe see PC papa) and the employees were so nice, I got to see the back room, and I hit a free T-Shirt! 10/10 would recommend!

When I ordered my pre-built and first got it; there was shipping damage but Alen helped me to get it shipped backed and fixed. After it was fixed, they sent it back and it's working great.

My META PC Rogue build has been going strong for three months and it is still an absolute beast for gaming and streaming.

RTX 4070 i7 processor 32GB RAM pretty much handle 4K everything from Cyberpunk to streaming setups without a single problem.

Build quality is really nice with excellent cable management, quiet cooling, and it came very well packed in less than two weeks.

Customer service answered my question promptly when I had a very quick question about setting up and that is a great value compared to big brands.

Yeah, definitely, I would recommend anyone wanting to build a high, end rig!
