I had Matthew deal with our renewal, and nothing was too much trouble. He had almost pre-empted some of my questions and so gave confidence that he was up to date with latest legislations and risks. He wasn't a pushy salesman, and I felt comfortable that we will receive quotes only for the cover I feel we need. It has been daunting in the past to deal with insurance renewals, however Matthew made it simple and straightforward.
