Great customer service
I had a great experience with customer service. I bought a ride-on suitcase for my children a few years ago, and during a recent trip, the screw on the front wheel broke. I struggled to find a replacement part on my own, but when I contacted customer service, they responded quickly and were able to provide the exact spare part I needed.
I really appreciate their help, thanks to them, the luggage is now fixed and ready to use again.
Poor quality (balance bikes and bags)
Hello there. I am writing as a repeat customer to express my disappointment with both your balance bikes and your bags that attach. On second use of the bag on holiday recently, the handle snapped showing me the poor quality of the product. Just today, one of the two balance bikes belonging to my twins lost its wheel on an outing on a level, flat surface and is not something that can be easily fixed. I’m really disappointed as I trusted the brand having had success with the two scooters in our house. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and super products
Excellent customer service and super products. We bought a balance bike and a microscooter for grandchildren. Slight problem with a closure on the scooter so phoned and had excellent advice from real caring customer support - real people - including a WhatsApp video to look at the issue together. Ralph is delighted with his balance bike and Innie loves her purple scooter. I'm a happy chap!

Scooters that last for years
We have purchased 5 scooters from micro over the last 10 years and would highly recommend. They are competitively priced but last much longer than other brands because of the ability to buy spares directly from micro. We have repaired and replaced parts (most commonly wheels) on sprite scooters that have been used daily. We have recently replaced the sprites with chilli stunt scooters.
The customer service is excellent. I’ve recently had a problem with a faulty scooter light accessory and my evening e mail was responded to within minutes by Daisy and a new light issued for despatch. The how-to repair guides are also very useful. I’m pleased to see the brand expanding into stunt scooters. I just hope that, in time, spare parts for the chilli brand scooters will be available on the micro website.

Customer service was amazing - the scooter was going back and forth to depot with Yodel - Catherine from Micro Scooter has kindly called me and requested to ship another scooter via DPD for delivery the next day.

Just had brilliant customer service from Sarah. The rear light had broken off my son’s helmet meaning we couldn’t tighten it. I spoke to Sarah through an online chat and within a few minutes I had a text message saying a new helmet was already on the way to us. Fantastic customer service!

Just had the best customer service from Rosie! The tassels I ordered weren’t in stock so I was emailed to ask if I wanted an exchange, so I messaged and Rosie came back straight away, then I had actually ordered the wrong ones for the scooter I had ordered, which was picked up by Rosie and I was sent new ones to look at, I chose new ones and Rosie changed it all over! All with in the space of about 15mins, excellent customer service, thanks so much!

Issue resolved
Great customer service.
Microscooter’s customer service was excellent. I ordered a scooter on Monday and needed it by Thursday. They did everything on their end to meet the deadline, but unfortunately the courier they originally used (Yodel) failed to deliver and incorrectly reported that they had attempted delivery when they hadn’t.
After I contacted Microscooter, they went above and beyond — they quickly dispatched a replacement scooter using DPD for next-day delivery, and it arrived without any issues.
Great support and quick problem resolution from Microscooter. My only suggestion would be to avoid using Yodel as a courier — they were unreliable — while DPD proved much more dependable.

Brilliant support
The support from
Microscooters was really excellent. I'd bought some LED wheels from them but couldn't get the old ones off and they just replied that I could send the scooter and wheels to them and the engineers would do it (for a small fee).
It came back within a couple of days. The team was exceptionally helpful and I would really recommend them.

Fabulous products and great customer service. We had a problem with the alignment of one scooter and after trouble shooting the problem with us, they sent a new one out to swap for the old. Brilliant!

Very bad delivery service
I would give a good rate if you would not use yodel as delivery service. Unfortunately they didn't attempt even once to deliver my daughter's scooter. They didn't even bother to come and ring the bell or leave a note. I was home for both times that was scheduled to come, as it is a present for my daughter's birthday . I cancelled all the plans and stayed home to wait for the delivery and they never came. They even lie on the phone saying they will deliver later but on the tracking app would again say that they attempt and I wasn't home.
Very disappointed and if micro-scooters.co.uk will keep deliver with yodel I will definitely not order from them again. 😕
