Mighty Campers - Sydney Avis 13

Was great from start to finish. Only feedback is there should be somewhere to leave your car, or a new option to pick up from central coast. As we had to drive from the coast to bankstown to pick up with no where safe to park our car.

Everything went wrong. Your hard product (the campervan) and soft products (customer service) both under-whelmed. The van shook and vibrated loudly while driving. When I called about lack of power for my CPAP machine for sleeping at night, and how it’s medically dangerous for me, I was only told to go to a powered site. My complaint email on the subject was never answered. The whole experience was miserable.

This is the second time we have used mighty. Its been a smooth and simple process. They up graded us to a bigger camper this time. Which was very cozy.Thanks team Ill be back next year.cheers Vanessa

Loved the experience overall but very disappointed that the side awning was broken. We stayed at beachfront sites in full sun, Hunter Valley in 38 degree heat followed by rain with no shelter. We advised THL while on the road and again at drop off but received no response or compensation.

What a disasater shop. Unprofessional and overpriced.
Collection starts with a 30mins hard sell of insurance products including verbal threatening tactics. Beware!
Then they hand over the vehicle which was a different camper than what i booked. I had to accept a canper van with no functioning dining area, no proper table and instead they gave me 2 sleeping areas for r persons, while i was a single person renting the van. A total diaregard for customer service followed. Turned out they had forgotten half of the equipment (no toaster no kettle missing water hose connector. So i emailed them and they did not see a need to reply before 2 days passed. The reply was just a rude indifferent " hey buybsome stuff and we may reimburse you!".
The campervan ws an absolute disaster which i would never select. Then they also charged me several hundred dollars extra for collecting sydney and dropping off brisbane although 100s of their vans travel those 2 routes every week. There is no juatification for a made up extra charge. Overall i would never rent from those unproefeasional gabgsters again. Hope this review helps someone. There are plenty of decent canpervan companies out there. Choose a better one. Its easy.

The Motor home is comfortable, it was so clean and include all the accesories as a mobil house,

Venho por meio desta registrar minha insatisfação e reclamação formal em relação ao atendimento recebido ao retirar e devolver um motorhome na Austrália, experiência que foi extremamente negativa e decepcionante.

Gostaria de destacar que aluguei exatamente o mesmo modelo de motorhome e pela mesma empresa na Nova Zelândia, onde tive uma experiência totalmente oposta: o atendimento foi excepcional, com funcionários atenciosos, educados e prestativos em todos os momentos. Infelizmente, o mesmo padrão de qualidade não foi observado na Austrália.

Desde a retirada do veículo,em Carns fomos mal tratados, com atendimento ríspido, falta de cordialidade e ausência de qualquer preocupação com o cliente. Além disso, as instalações das lojas na Austrália são antigas, mal conservadas e sem qualquer área de descanso, o que torna a espera ainda mais desconfortável.

Para agravar a situação, no momento da devolução do motorhome em Sydney, não havia sequer água disponível para beber, algo básico e esperado em qualquer atendimento ao cliente, especialmente após uma longa viagem.

Essa experiência foi tão negativa que não recomendo o serviço na Austrália para ninguém, pois o atendimento prestado está muito abaixo do padrão esperado e completamente desalinhado com a experiência oferecida pela mesma empresa em outros países, como a Nova Zelândia.

Espero que esta reclamação seja levada a sério e que medidas sejam adotadas para melhorar o atendimento, a infraestrutura e o respeito ao cliente, evitando que outros consumidores passem pela mesma situação desagradável.

Great rental service, simple pickup and drop off service. This is a 5 stars camper van rental company

Very helpful staff, good location, great campervan, easy system, will use again in the future.
