Alexander at the Millets Aberdeen store helped me find a new winter coat. I didn't want a dark colour so i could be seen at night. His assistance was first class and i bough a lovely Yellow Storm Shield coat. Great for the weather we are currently experiencing.

Overall pleasant buying experience
I went to Millets today to purchase some walking shoes and had a thoroughly pleasant
visit. The assistant Hannah was extremely helpful and polite. She also was able to help with choosing the right size, Merrels don't do half sizes and it's always difficult to know whether to size up or down. I would definitely recommend to anyone to pay a visit.

They listen to what you want
I basically only went in there because I needed a warmer shirt and walked past the store. The experience however was great. First, they left me alone to let me look around, which I always appreciate. But once I tried something on, the incredibly nice and helpful sales lady offered her help. And she listened! She did not try to sell me the most expensive shirt in the shop, but the one best matching my purposes. I’m very happy with the service!

Very helpful staff and great prices
My friend and I were looking at the sale items in the shop, and particular jacket caught our eyes, but size we were looking wasn't available.
Leish (the lovely shopping assistant) overheard us and offered her help-she went to the stock room and found the size we were looking for.
Plus she (and her colleague that didn't tell his name), offered us a small discount.
Shop has really good quality clothes.

Good value high street shopping
