Millets - Bath Avis 

Very professional and helpful staff - but really sorry to hear that the Bath branch is closing and they are being made redundant with no suitable redeployment available

I did not really know what product I needed ( waterproofing my outside furniture cover). Staff immediately understood my issue, directed me to the name of the product, where it was in the store etc. I selected and promptly paid for the item, no queue . All good. Not tried product yet as it’s too wet outside .

James was super helpful. Sorry it’s taken so long to do this review. Thank you again James!

Excellent customer service in the Bath store. I have visited this store twice in the last 4 months and on both occasions have found exactly what I needed with the help of the sales advisors. Very helpful staff without trying to sell you something you do not need.

We had an emergency trip to Millets Bath due to broken hiking boots ahead of the ten tors challenge. James was helpful, knowledgeable and assisted us in buying a fantastic new pair of boots along with amazing in-soles that we wouldn’t have thought to purchase. A very professional experience.

Excellent service! We were fortunate enough to be helped by Alfie, who was so attentive and good at his job. He wouldn’t have known it but we’d been in many store that day trying to find my 9 year old comfy shoes last minute for his first residential trip away. My kid has SPD and shoes can be really hard to find. Alfie was calm and patient and not at all pushy. My kid was over the moon and skipped out of the shop wearing his new shoes. Thank you so much, will absolutely shop here again!

My son and I were served by James - we needed walking boots and he was so helpful and knowledgeable with nonl pressure to buy. We ended up getting different walking boots that were more comfortable from a different shop but went back to buy a few things from Millets given all the advice he'd given us.

Great service from Gary and some perfect discounted products for the walking season ahead! Always a good pop-in opportunity :)

I've searched lots of places, unsuccessfully, for a rucksack chest strap, yet Millets have it with loads of extras, all for £4. Cheers to Millets and to your incredibly helpful and friendly staff

My son is doing his DoE Bronze this year, and we visited Millets to purchase walking boots and other essentials for him.

Josh, the sales assistant, was such a sincere and helpful young man. He gave us very genuine advice and was extremely patient with my teenage son—and with me as a parent who knows very little about this!

What we really appreciated was that he wasn’t trying to sell us the most expensive items or lots of stuff, but instead gave honest recommendations based on what my son actually needed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience easy and reassuring.

Thank you James! Your help and knowledge of rucksacks was brilliant. Great advice and really knew the product. You would never achieve such great service online, huge choice in store where you can try them on.
