Natalie and Jack were brilliant today
Natalie and Jack were brilliant today. Went in for a couple of dry robe type and already had our hands full. While Natalie was bagging our stuff up, Jack came and offered to take all our other shopping that wasn’t in bags and put them in the bag for us. It’s the little things that give the best service. Natalie and the team were excellent on my visit, very knowledgeable and helpful. Disappointed to learn of the pending closure as this team subject knowledge is seldom found in other similar stores wishing the team every success in their futures.

Used the click and collect to the Bracknell store. The was the nearest to where I live. All was fine, the item was delivered to the store and I was notified to collect within 48 hours of purchase.
However, the store is closing down next month so the click and collect will not be an option. The store closure may affect people who like to see/ feel before they buy loosing customers.

Sharon was amazing
Sharon was amazing, she assisted my Mum who was trying on a pair of sandals and was so patient and kind even helping her to put her shoes back on. A real pleasure to shop there and Sharon is a credit to Milletts.

Such helpful staff
The staff are always so helpful in Bracknell Millets, we were served by Natalie, who was very knowledgable and helped us with making a good choice on our purchases.
We are so disappointed to learn that Millets is closing down, we have used the store over the years to purchase boots, walking shoes, clothing, DofE items etc. every time the advise has been spot on re fit of rucksacks etc, such a shame that from now on it will involve travelling out of the borough as there will be no retailer left for theses types of goods in Berkshire!
Purchasing online works with some items, but boots entail trying on many to find the right fit, not easily done with online stores, plus the personal customer service experience is lost.
