Excellent service and knowledge from staff
I went to Millets in Chippenham to buy a cap and came out with that and a rain jacket. Doug (ace salesman!) was very helpful and didn't try to sell me something more expensive than I needed. Plus I've always had good experiences with Peter Storm products.

Went in for walking trainers and was served by the legendary Doug who I previously saw on TV for his 60 years service. All the branch staff here are knowledgeable and so helpful. Got great service and exactly what I needed. What a refreshing difference to buying online. Clearly this branch is managed superbly as they have such low staff turnover. Well done team. I was so lucky to meet Brad in Millets…
I was so lucky to meet Brad in Millets in Chippenham, where I was looking for a pair of walking shoes for summer use. Brad was brilliant, he knew the stock well, listened to my requirements ( wide toe box), and was able to show me three walking shoes for me to try on. The first ones, Merrill walking shoes, were the ones I chose. Thank you, Brad, you were so helpful to me.
