Robert gave us great Customer Service today, very helpful. He worked out very quickly which type of shoe we needed, recommend a couple of Brands, and bingo, we had a shoe that fitted perfectly first time. Very happy

Searching for bright lantern for emergencies.
I was looking for a good, bright lantern to use in my home during power cuts etc. Needing battery power in such situations, narrowed my choice. Belinda was very helpful in finding me a relevant selection, and checking brightness quality and other factors. I decided to buy two lanterns thanks to her help, as the prices made them good value. The 20% discount made that even better!

What an amazing customer service in…
What an amazing customer service in store. Really helpful assistant advised I could visit store with my broken tent pole. On arriving in store the manager was supper friendly and helpful and fixed the pole immediately on the spot. Would highly recommend this store for all camping/outdoor needs. Thank you
