As soon as I walked through the door I was greated with such amazing service. The smiles on the faces of the staff made me feel very welcome! Jonny was fantastic with helping me with each size and particular colour coat I needed.

Excellent customer service from Sharon who was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful.
She ensured I got the shop discount on the right size boot which had to be ordered as right size not in stock. Boots arrived super fast. I’m delighted with them.

I was served by Jon today. Jon and his colleagues all had a smile on their face when I walked in and nothing was to much trouble. I was looking for a pair of winter gloves and Jon made my whole buying experience seemeless. I tried on at last 5 or 6 pairs and Jon felt like a friend helping a friend.
