Millets - Eastbourne Avis 

Went to the Eastbourne branch today. A very pleasant young man called Henry helped me with with all my queries, and even carried the things I purchased to my car. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was very attentive. Full praise to him he was a superstar. Thanks Henry you will go a long way in this world...if I was your mum I'd be superproud of you. Thanks for everything

Came into Eastbourne branch looking for a large rucksack for my child. Very helpful member of staff approached us and offered to fit the bag to my child. And showed them how to use it. Went above and beyond to help me with my other objects we needed for our girl guides camp. Thanks!

The guy (mature) Henry/Phil on the shoe section was very knowledgeable. If it wasn't for him I would have bought the wrong size hiking boot (I've been buying the wrong size for years!). Also, after years of doing it wrong I now know how to lace them up properly.

I was served by a very helpful assistant called Harry. He found a most comfortable pair of walking shoes for me. The price was right and he also gave me discount for my Outdoor membership which was a nice surprise. He is good at engaging with customers and took an interest in what sort of walking the boots would be used for. I left the shop feeling very happy with my purchase.

Staff were helpful with holding on to the 6 man tent for us till we were ready to collect.
Helpful and knowledgeable on products

I came in looking for some new hiking boots and I had a really good experience with Phil - he measured my feet, took the time to chat about how I'd be using the boots, made some suggestions (both higher and lower priced boots) and explained the different fits and uses with no pressure to buy any of them. I did end up buying a pair that I am very happy with. A really helpful and friendly interaction. Thank you!
