Fantastic experience and purchases from the Leighton Buzzard branch today. The 2 ladies working there today were so helpful and welcoming and friendly and helped me pick items for me and nothing was to much trouble. It’s very difficult with the amount they have to do these days with various online stuff going on in the background they are a credit to Millets and very polite to everyone that walked into the shop. You need to keep hold of staff that are very customer facing…We will return to purchase more items in the future basically down to their customer service. Well done all made my day with such helpful and professional service. Thanks Mark 👏👏👏

Great staff
Went in looking for a new sleeping bag and some socks for a 500+ mile walk, Sharon and jack were unbelievably helpful, had great knowledge and really helped me find what I needed to fit very specific requirements. Would totally recommend millets, probably the nicest people in Leighton buzzard

Honest, helpful, brilliant staff
Sharon and Allie were just so helpful today with advice and options on the clothes and ruck sacks I needed to get for my son’s trip to South America. I have been going to this store for all my son’s cubs, scouts, DofE trips so I knew I would be in safe hands. They go above and beyond and are so friendly and honest.

A warm welcome on entering the store by a young lad, the young lady also approached and asked if she could be of assistance which was gratefully accepted. We left after spending nearly £50, when I only intended to buy a hat !

Excellent service as usual!
We love Millets in Leighton Buzzard. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We went in to buy a waterproof notebook today and we weren't disappointed. Sharon was extremely friendly, kind and approachable when she served us. The air con was a bonus too!

Outstanding service
Outstanding service from all the staff, as always in this outlet. A special mention for Jack, who tirelessly and happily fetched multiple pairs of hiking boots until I found one that suited. A wide choice within my meagre price range.
