Millets - Middlesbrough Avis 

Boy oh boy, I recently visited Millets in Middlesbrough whilst shopping. I happened upon a stand that read “buy one get one half price” what a deal! What a bargain! A young (handsome) sales assistant called James helped me find my size and some hecking cool t-shirts for me to try on! What excellent service!! James was so lovely and patient with me, what a delightful young man!! A credit to millets!! Love millets, love James, and most importantly love bargains

I was served by Jonny… I normally never leave reviews but I think this guy is awesome at his job… I have autism and usually I hate going into shops but he was helpful friendly and super approachable. I left with a smile n some good hiking shoes. It’s hard to know the difference even the smallest bit of kindness can make but yeah going into millets made a difference to my day

Always a good experience visiting Millets in Middlesbrough, knowledgeable staff that actually use and know the products they sell, and Sam knows his stuff.

We went in the Middlesbrough store today and we were served by James, both him and the other guy were so helpful, friendly, chatty really nice guys. Only down side store was really cold,

Great service by James. Out of stock of an item I needed so quickly ordered them for me and arranged home delivery. Store was a tad cold so heating needs sorting out.

Just bought a lightweight padded jacket. I didn't get the shop assistant's name but he was very helpful, explaining the different properties of each item to help me choose. Great service.

When visiting Middlesbrough I usually pop into the Millets store. I prefer this shop to my home branch in Brighton- have made several purchases most recently on the 050124 . The staff engage in a helpful& friendly way.They are informative & patient. The shop is well displayed & there is a feeling of integrity. I like the manager . James served me on this visit - v good . A mountain rescue charity box would be a good addition.

Just got a new pair of Hi-Tec boots, they look good and fitted great. If they last half the time I had my last pair (around 35 years) I will be very happy. Also they where at a very good price. The staff where also very good and Jack was excellent at serving me.

Jack was Friendly and helpful and had good product knowledge.

The staff in the Middlesbrough branch are always very knowledgable and helpful. They make suggestions about products to suit your needs. I was given amazing advice about the Bridgedale sock range and will never buy any other brand of hiking sock again

Shame they can’t fix the heating that store is feeezing!! It seems to be warmer outside then in. It’s horrible just for a quick visit can’t imagine what it’s like for the staff must be horrible. GET IT FIXED!!

Purchased some boots yesterday from Jonny, excellent service and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent service and experience, definitely be coming back.
