The staff were awesome couldn’t do enough to assist, no matter how long it took.
Over the pre Christmas, Christmas and New Year we have been in several times and not once have we felt under pressure or unwelcome.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked questions. Also, I have mobility issues. I was coming down the stairs with a big bag and small bag of shopping and a crutch and the young man quickly came over and took the bags off me so I could get down the stairs easier. Will shop here again.

The guy who helped us was great, giving good advice. When I asked if the company did military discount (they do) he thanked me for my service which means a lot. Great shop packed with a wide range of outdoor stuff over 2 floors.

Brilliant customer service. I asked for advice on cooking stoves etc and was shown my options and all my questions were answered. Staff always give their full attention and are very approachable.

The staff were very genuine peaple and more than happy to help me today as i am autistic and have problems when I come to buy walking boots. The staffs guidance and support made me happy with the boots that i chose a correct pair that suited mypersonal requirements and what I wanted .. it was so much easier buying from the store rather than buying
online as I was able to get what I
needed because the employees were more than happy to go through different
products and gave me positive feedback
on the performance and quality of what I
