I have just been into millets in Whitehaven looking for a new backpack that I can use for work and I must say i was struggling to pick one out but Claire came to my rescue and gave loads of helpful information and great customer service, and couldn’t be more thankful for it, 10/10 will be going back

Best Service
I had the best service in long long time. I went to get some gear for my wainwrights and the staff was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and professional (Whitehaven)
I'm definitely coming back for more outdoor gear. It's a fresh air having someone helping you out and give you a great advice about what's the best gear for me.

Sean and Ryan at the Whitehaven shop were really helpful, nothing is too much trouble, like taking gloves out of the fiddly packaging so I could get the right size.

A great interaction with staff
The gents in the store interacted with you, you don’t get that online.
We spent £20 on the Mind charity products after learning 100% went to the charity.
Great advice given on waterproof outdoor wear which our 9 year old son needs for his go karting in winter weather. They showed interest, gave compliments to him and it was great to see.
Keep the store open!

Sean was really helpful finding me a new wet weather jacket. Nothing was to much trouble and I left the shop with a smile on my face. I can't remember the other guys name but think it started with an N. They are both a credit to the store. I don't like shopping but today your shop was a pleasurable experience. Well done lads.
