Excellent home moving service from the first contact to the last item off the van on moving day.
Worth every penny for the work provided, the speed our house was loaded and unloaded was amazing, yet it was all done with such care and efficiency.
They clearly work well together and as a team.

Kai and the team were first class, nothing was too much trouble and they made the entire process as painless as it could possibly have been.

We chose Millingtons for our removal from Milton Keynes to Norfolk. Our buyers kept changing the dates on which they were able to complete and we had to apologise for this to Millingtons, who patiently accommodated several delays to moving. We were very grateful to Millingtons for this.
When removal day came, the crew did a great job, working hard to load all our stuff, carefully, following all instructions on where to offload in the new home.
In summary Millingtons did a fantastic job, at a good price and we would recommend the company to anyone moving within or from Milton Keynes.

I only had a few bits of furniture and a number of boxes and garden items to be moved but Millingtons couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in arranging a suitable date. The actual move was completed really efficiently by friendly, helpful staff. An excellent service.

Andy was great from the start. He was friendly, professional and very patient when our chain fell through twice. He was always understanding about changing dates and communicated clearly and quickly throughout, which really helped during a stressful time.

On moving day the team were polite and worked hard, but there were a few issues. A brand new storage box was broken without acknowledgement, there were scuff marks and damage to our stairwell walls, and protective sheets on carpet weren’t consistently used. The beds were also poorly reassembled, with missing and cross-threaded screws, leaving the beds in an unsafe and unstable state, requiring use to fix them with new parts.

We understand moving days are long and busy, but the care and attention to detail didn’t quite match our expectations. Andy did respond professionally to our feedback afterwards, which we appreciated.

Overall, good communication and customer service, with some room for improvement on execution. Would still use them again, despite the issues.

We utilised the packing service which was done the day before moving day, and the 2 gentlemen that packed our 4-bedroom house did a superb job in under 5 hours. On moving day, the team arrived at 8am sharp, were extremely fast and efficient at loading the vans, and delivered their service with a smile.

After meeting Andy, I cancelled the other two people I had coming round to quote and booked him straight away. Andy is friendly, down to earth, professional, and clearly knows his trade.
