Minster have been the sites dedicated external cleaning company for offices and washroom/ canteen facilities for a number of years.
We are BRCGS certified and as such we have various policies applicable to production areas. Minster work in line with these expectations.
The minster team are friendly, approachable and professional and they most importantly give a good service at a fair price.
I would recommend them highly.

We have been using Minster Cleaning for a number of years on a weekly basis to clean offices in Clitheroe. They are extremely reliable and their standards of cleaning are extremely high. We have never had an issue in terms of them working with us when we have needed to change dates etc they have been extremely supportive.

I was first introduced to Minster Cleaning in 2012 and have been working with them ever since. They are honest, dependable and flexible. They go out of their way to provide an excellent service. Unlike the big corporates, their regional structure makes them accessible and locally accountable - you don't get fobbed off in a call centre if you phone up. The phone gets answered quickly by a real person who not only knows who you are, and what your site entails but they know what's important to you.
The cheapest? Maybe not. The best? By a long chalk.

We have used minster for many years and have very little issues. Our current cleaner Kathryn does an excellent job always turns up for our 3 cleans a week and is always friendly and polite to our staff members. Ione in the office is always helpful whenever we need to contact minster. All in all its a great service.
