Shipping took forever and once my item (foundation) arrived, it had opened and leaked everywhere. To add insult to injury it was the wrong shade and the website says no refunds. $50 down the toilet.

The cream arrived fast which I was happy with but the pump did not work initially, then I finally got it to work, then it only worked for 4 goes and stopped again. I did ask to send it back and if a new one could be sent out right in the beginning and they sent me a video on how to use it. Have not been using it as its too much trouble.

I have never had any problems whenever I order something.

I am grateful MIRENESSE runs this offer because it affords me opportunity to experience products in amounts more than a trial / mini size which is such incredible value for money. It is a clever strategy because I always end up buying more. I would like to say that one item in particular had me worried. I purchased the Collagen Cushion Compact Supreme Serum Foundation. I have not used it and it is a bit $$ for me. It was a great decision. I am a new fan and it is not only a great generally purpose foundation with excellent coverage, for my mature skin it provides just that right level of softness to look at and touch whilst actually being beneficial to my skin. It's a total winner. Love it and recommend it. A girlfriend asked me about my skin a while back and I told her I about the MIRENESSE LED mask and a few products I use. She was inspired and purchased her own LED and skin kit this month.

I ordered two mascara’s. Upon receiving, I opened the first one and it was very dried out. The company told me to add water! They would not refund or let me return and instead offered me 50% credit on their site along with a replacement for the dried up one. I said I wanted to return the other one since it was not opened. They would not let me. The return process was bulky and ineffective. Instead of letting me return a purchase, I was not pleased with they sent me a replacement of the same item that was equally as dried up. How is this Customer Service.?

The ordering is easy and delivery is almost instantaneous. The makeup is amazing.

The mascara is divine. It is easy to apply, creates a beautiful long lash look and really easy to remove.

The lipstick mini is also gorgeous and long lasting.
