Exquisite Customer Service
I can’t say enough great things about Shaun and his guys at Mitey AV. From the outset, Shaun was friendly and helpful, always picked up when I called, and their prices were fair. It’s such a relief to have prompt, courteous, and a willing-to-help attitude when dealing with changing needs for a Celebration of Life that took place in the French Quarter. But that’s who these guys are. They arrived when they said they would for the party set-up, and afterwards, the break down was just as easy. I just can’t praise Shaun and his company enough, and should I need another A/V set up in the future when I’m in the area, Shaun knows he and Mitey will be my call.

Don't you love it when things just work out? Well, both times we have used Mitey AV for our meeting needs, everything has been seamless. Extra adaptors are provided and the equipment works just as expected. But the best part of it all was the people. They are very professional and communication was exceptional.

Great service, great price!
Shaun at Mitey AV was very prompt in all his replies. Would highly recommend over any type of AV company where a hotel provides you with a name. Cost was 1/3 of what we were quoted by another company.

I was very pleased with the service we received this past Saturday for my daughter's wedding. The job was to set up the sound equipment for the wedding then move it to the reception after. This was done so quickly that it was not really noticed and was ready for the reception before most had even made it to the next building. Will definitely use Mitey AV in the future!!!!
