Mobility Hire made the process very easy and not only had a Sara Stedy to us on the very day on which we first contacted them - but within an hour of our phone call. The member of staff to whom I spoke was very clear, helpful and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Excellent customer service after shaky start
PLEASE see edit at end . Fairly simple hire procedure BUT. £35 collision waver damage added to my charge without asking (I have fully comp insurance on hire vehicle from my own scooter) not delivered /handed over until 1930 hrs on what should have been day 1.
That said driver was excellent apologised and noted it down.
EDIT…..Telephoned by manager. apology and very fair offer of free hire extension. Happy that this was a “one off “ will use again if needed.

We insure all our powered mobility vehicles which is included in the hire charge, which means unfortunately you are unable to use your own. If we missed this then this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we're grateful you gave us the opportunity to address the situation.

Hire of tilt-in-space wheelchair
Delivery was at an optimum time for the care home and arrived at the beginning of the two hour window which was great.
Helpful explanation of how the chair worked and adjustments made for mum once hoisted into it. Very happy.

Great collapsible hoist hire company.
We hired a collapsible hoist for a holiday away. When it was delivered we were given clear instructions on how to use it.
It has served our purposes well and are grateful to be able to hire it.

Went Above and Beyond
We were in a bit of a bind and needed a bed urgently. Even though we ordered late in the afternoon, they pulled out all the stops to get it to us that very evening. Delivery and assembly were spot on. Graeme was an absolute gent – full of knowledge, really helpful, and even gave us some great advice to make things easier for my comfort and mobility.

What an amazing business!
What an amazing business!! I broke my foot and struggled to find somewhere that hired out knee walkers. I couldn’t be more impressed by them. The cost was good. They delivered it to my house and showed me how to use it. They will pick it up when I’m finished and even phoned me a few days after receiving to check up on me.

I hired from Horizon Mobility from the… Falklands
I hired from Horizon Mobility from the Falkland Islands, to give my wife a bit of mobility whilst visiting hospital in Oxford. At home she finds it hard to get out and about, but, come on, Oxford! The support we received was second to none. We had to make a short-notice change and the helpdesk couldn't have been more supportive. The scooter itself, well, yes it was a little heavy but five minutes stripping down and putting it back together was easy. The change in my wife's morale and well-being was tangible; she enjoyed getting around, shopping, and just being involved, it was well worth the hire. For reference, we hired a Revo 2.0. Very helpful, supportive and caring company. Thank you.

My buggy was waiting for me on arrival
My hire buggy was waiting for me upon arrival at Download Festival. It was very clean and ready to go.
Returning it was simply a matter of leavign it, with key and charger, in the wheelchair charging tent.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained everything carefully and made it easy to sort. The delivery and collection was easy and I liked the advanced notifications to let me know when the wheelchair would be arriving and collecting.

Excellent Service
We needed a Sara Stedy urgently and I spoke to a very helpful lady on the telephone. Next day delivery was arranged and the delivery driver turned up on time if not early and was very helpful.
