It was November 2014… Who knew back then that a challenge to grow a mo for charity would lead to one of the most entrepreneurial success stories in facial grooming? That’s exactly how this story begins. Meet Keval, Kunal and Savan - the Mo Bro’s: a team of three brothers competing to grow facial hair for Movember. However, it wasn’t long before their names changed to Itchy, Patchy and Scratchy as they realised this wasn’t an easy challenge. Keval’s beard grew wild and thick and needed taming. Kunal’s beard was uncomfortably itchy as the hair began to grow and Savan’s beard was growing fast, but frustratingly, only in patches. The bro’s needed help and fast… Very few products were on the market that could tailor to their needs. They searched the land and web for high-quality grooming companies at affordable prices. Ones that not only sold them a winning formula but one that gave them grooming advice step-by-step as they grew their beards. But there was no-one to turn to and no big brother out there to hold their hand. So, the brothers decided to create their own remedies and began sourcing ingredients to cure their problems. And in 2014 Mo Bro’s was born The brotherhood of grooming opened its doors to welcome in its bearded bros and help them solve their bearded problems with British ingredients (swapping a stiff upper lip for a fun facial grooming routine).

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Ordered product from them on May 20th, paid for it and it is now June 16th and the product has not been received.
Had been dealing with their customer service rep, Natalie, to try to find out what happened. I mentioned a refund on June 12th and haven't heard back from her. I assume I will have bite the bullet.

Great beard products, great service. Even during COVID it arrived within good time and was a great piece of kit as a gift for my boyfriend who now keeps his beard and mustache comb along with the many other products in the kit along to tame his growing COVID beard.

Sceptical but proven wrong
My beard was dry and brittle. I had terrible dandruff, the first couple of days I found that the oil made my beard itch worse than ever before BUT it's now been a week IV used the beard oil daily and used the soap twice, no dandruff, completely rehydrated and no more broken hairs after combing, I can't recommend this stuff enough..... Thank you mo Bros!!!

First of all amazing customer service and second of all amazing products that smell anf make your bear feel so much more healthy. Will definitely be buying more products also the customised box looks amazing.

Products are A1 and as for delivery not bad, free delivery usually takes 2 days from order. The beard soaps are better than the shampoo in my opinion as they lather more, but the conditioner make it complete!!. Balms essential if you get dryness under the beard and the butters leave a nice matt finish compared to the oils.

Bad Customer service at mos bros Birmingham, impolite rude not helpful and judgmental on the bottom floor, man with goatee and long straight was straight up rude, not even a hello to warm things up.

Not for me
Ordered a few times from morbros and delivery is always 3-5 days. I ordered a Kent brush and the lower priced Mobros version was delivered. This was rectified over the phone with no fuss at all and at no extra charge the correct one sent out.
The problem I have is the products severely dry my skin out under my beard. Now I have sensitive skin and think it’s just a case of my skin not liking the product NOT the product being bad in anyway. The scents are nice smelling but unfortunately I just don’t seem to be able to use mobros products.
