Loads of choice on the web site with the information needed to pick the product. Very good quality product and it was very well packaged for delivery.

Modern mirror did great job with technical advice and prompt delivery. Unfortunately my mirror arrived with a broken back light dimmer switch (probably broken in transit). They supplied a replacement part quickly, with only a few question and without any fuss.

Bought Bluetooth cabinet very pleased with everything from delivery to the putting on wall , beautifully made really good quality.

This is the second occasion we have used Modern Mirror Design. Website and service excellent. We had a problem with our first mirror and this was easily and helpfully rectified under 19 year warranty. We are about to purchase a further two mirrors for other properties.

So disappointed , looking forward to receiving my Hollywood mirror, when it arrived there were no screws to screw into the base.
Rang the company straight away, and was told they would send some out straight away!
Had to ring to say they hadn’t arrived, After a second phonecall we had to ring again, so hoping to get my screws SOON!!

Daughter absolutely loves this mirror. Looks amazing and is great quality.

2 bulbs missing from box. Mirror base cracked also.

Ordered a £500 mirror online which was the only easy task of ordering with this company. Delivery never arrived, tried calling numerous times and it was always directed to an overflow call center. Each time they took my details and said all they could do was pass on a message to call me back - 5 messages, 0 call back!!
Ordered 29th November, received 10th December on next day delivery!? I will award 2 stars for the mirror, but I would never order from here again due to a massive lack of customer service.

Extremely poor after sales service. The mirror was found to have two chips; claim form as required was submitted two weeks ago, after that got no response. Called several times; every time got promise of someone responding but no one called back. Sent several e-mails; no one takes notice as I got not a single reply. Will not like to recommend to anyone.
