Ordered 3 times all arrived within 2 days of ordering. Great quality. I have just ordered again. Highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work

I ordered an iron-on print of a child with two hair bunches and specifically requested for the background to be removed. When the order arrived, I was shocked to find that half of the child’s hair bunches had also been cut off on both sides.
When I contacted customer service, I was told this was done “as per my request” which makes no sense, as I only asked for the background to be removed, not parts of the image itself. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they dismissed my concern completely.
Overall, the quality of the work and the customer service were both very poor, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

🖨️ Mog Print – A Disappointing Experience

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Mog Print. I ordered a custom badge for printing, and they got it wrong. Initially, they offered to reprint it as a goodwill gesture, but then backtracked and insisted I reorder and repay. Now I’m stuck with £30 worth of unusable items.

Customer service was non-existent—no helpful staff, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. The lack of professionalism and care was glaring.

I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend Mog Print to anyone expecting even basic support.

I had them print an iron-on patch for my son which was on a black background thru amazon and instructed to remove background on printing. Upon receipt of item, a part of the head was cut off and I reached out to them but they insisted that it was cut based on my instruction to remove background which was obviously not the case cause background is pitch black.

Excellent service. When ordering a print I had made a mistake and hadn't downloaded the picture properly for print . After contacting the company they explained they hadn't received the picture and said if I get it sent over again they will do it immediately as I was in a rush for granddaughters leaver shirt.
I received the print the in 2 days . Brilliant service so helpful. Granddaughter delighted with the print it's very good quality and was so easy to apply. Will use mogprint again and highly recommend.

Shocking service!
I am not a print expert but I needed a transfer to be made for a t-shirt for my son (World Book Day) and so I paid for an item from Mog Print. They got in touch to ask me the size of the lettering and I said 2 inches for each letter. What I received is a ridiculously small transfer that is 2 inches in total! Completely useless and they will not refund or re-make as they are adamant it was my error. They were not clear in their sizings and even though I spelt it out, they still got it wrong. I now have to pay again and go to an actual expert print company to get what I wanted in the first place. Avoid this company! I will in future.

They never delivered despite me paying for next day delivery. They use DPD for this who are normally very good but went round in circles chasing the delivery with the company never actually getting back to me. It's a shame as it was a gift I was ordering which obviously never arrived and communication was non existing.

Ordered the wrong size and customer service was great. Orders came very fast and the quality is 10/10. Will use again and highly recommended!

Not only is the quality of work outstanding, the instructions clear and simple (remember: it is important to let the foil cool before peeling off!!!), but also the communication and dispatch time is exceptional! As a Consumer Psychologist, I have an obligation to inform other consumers about companies that are in breach of their trading standards, deliver poor quality and generally, should be avoided. Mog Print is all of the above! I ordered a white tank top to be printed using a design that I uploaded with a file that was 1MB (clearly big enough for printing). What they don't tell you on their website is that they don't actually print on the fabric, they print on a nasty, plastic based transfer and then attach that to the material. What I received was an off white (almost cream colour) rectangle, plastic transfer stuck on a pure white cotton tank top. I had ordered 100% cotton and then they stuck a plastic transfer on the front. It looks absolutely dreadful and something like a kid's school project. I contacted them and they have refused to refund as they said they haven't done anything wrong. I also ordered a women's size M and received a tank top where the label states 'Men's M'. When queried, they said their tops are 'unisex'. So, why don't they have that on the label? Clearly they are buying men's tops and selling them off as women's. Their customer service team constantly came up with various excuses saying it was my image and my fault. I'm not the one that put a cream plastic transfer on a white tank top and I certainly didn't develop their misleading website that says nothing about printing on transfers and sticking them on fabric! They have no understanding of their Duty of Care nor their legal Terms & Conditions of business. I have taken a PayPal case out against them and also contacted various other trading bodies as no one needs to deal with companies like this. I can see from another review that someone else is completely dissatisfied with them also.

I used this company once before, and the service was great, however using them a second time, they cancelled my order because it was 'out of stock', made a new order using a different option, also cancelled. Turns out they don't make LGBT, Pride or similar items. The design wasn't offensive or copyrighted, just the words 'Love is Love' with a rainbow. Just seems incredibly homophobic. In this day and age, I expect better from a company who's whole purpose is for people to self express. I would highly recommend using a company more inclusive.
