Ordered a pair of slip on trainers and they quickly became my go to shoes. They’re easy to put on, breathable, and surprisingly supportive. I’ve worn them for long walks and they still feel great. Very pleased with the quality.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. The moment I paid for a product I got an email to say there were having delivery issues. Three months later, no product and no refund just long emails offering apologies.
We live and learn but I can’t see me getting my money back.
All a big scam I think. I had to give them one star in the review but they deserve zero.

Lovely coat

Firstly I wasn’t simply disappointed

Firstly I wasn’t simply disappointed, I was livid. I was going into hospital and needed comfortable pyjamas to wear.

Secondly the returns process did not seem overwhelming at all, it was simply hugely unjust and the amount of refund was pathetic.

Please advise me what my options are? Item not as described, sizing appalling, nothing like photos on site. That this automatically warrant a full refund.

I tried to return these shoes according…

I tried to return these shoes according to the returns policy and they have given me the wrong returns address, which has resulted in the parcel being returned from the Netherlands to the UK. This is a sham outfit and please do NOT shop here. The products are cheap and nasty. Items misrepresented on their website.

I’ve contacted Trading Standards to have this sham outfit shutdown. At least in the UK.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Ordered shoes that are so tiny compared to all my other shoes in that size. Impossible to return and they offer a new pair in bigger size but then don’t send the details of how to do that. I want a refund but can’t work out how to get one. DO NOT BUY from them. The poor mother whose legacy they claim to honour, think she’d be disgusted.

Absolutely shocking company to deal…

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Do not order from them. Ordered coat and shoes received £7.00 refund. What they don't tell you is you never get a full refund as advertised on their website. The quality of the goods is absolutely shocking. Do not order anything from them. Absolutely abysmal company and substandard products. Dealt with refunds, exchanges, email after email until from Nov 25 received £7.00 in January 26 after spending £98.00 with them

No return lable

I brought a coat. The quality of the materials were the worst I have ever seen
The coat didn't fit, it was nothing like the coat in the advert. I'm appalled.
I have been offered a £6 refund or go through a very lengthy time to return the coat and hopefully get my full amount.. I would advise you do not buy anything from this site.

You claim I will get a full refund. How can I return the coat if I do not have a return label, it should have been in the parcel when it was sent to me. Send me the return label I have been asking for 2 weeks now!!! I am so angry and disappointed.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this…

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company, which are far too small. I asked to return them and they asked me to send them photographs of the shoe, which doesn’t make any sense because the shoe is too small and a photograph would not help. In any event I’m entitled to return them, but I’ve been struggling with this organisation so far.
