Monilijewellers Avis

Outstanding Service and Craftsmanship – Our Go-To Jeweler in Dubai!

We recently visited Monili Jewelers again, and once again, they exceeded all our expectations. Monili is our primary and only jeweler of choice whenever we are in Dubai, and they continue to prove why.

My wife wasn't entirely sure what design she wanted this time, but the team was incredibly patient and guided us through the process smoothly. She ultimately chose a stunning custom oval diamond ring. The attention to detail was remarkable, and they managed to design and custom-craft the exact ring within just two days!

A special shoutout to Mihir, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive as always. Thank you to the entire team at Monili for another seamless and memorable experience. We couldn't be happier with the result!

Monili is by far my favorite jewelry store, and I’ve always had such a wonderful experience with them. A special mention has to go to Rahul, who has been incredibly patient and helpful during every one of my visits. He has helped bring all of my custom jewelry ideas to life, no matter what I’ve asked for, and has always made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the pieces I’ve had made and the service I’ve received.

Wonderfully receptive and responsive staff, Mihir is a star! High quality deliverables can be achieved in tight time frames. Completely integrated service from CAD auto-design to delivering the finished item to the highest standards. Cannot recommend too highly.

I had a wonderful experience at MONILI jewelry. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful collection and the quality of the pieces, above all, the exceptional customer service . I would especially like to compliment Mihir who was absolutely outstanding , very professional , kind and patient , gave me very good suggestions , I highly recommend Monilli jewelry and I would specially recommend asking for Mihir, I will definitely be coming back.

Go see mihir great knowledge great service

Imran, who has made me many beautiful pieces over the last few years, recently made a beautiful diamond necklace for our daughter’s 18th birthday. Working with Imran is joy – from the initial conversation exploring options through the design process and to the final product, which is always beautiful and exactly what we didn’t necessarily know we wanted (!), Imran is so easy and professional to work with. I can’t recommend him and Monili highly enough. Thank you so much Imran for all you do for our family.

I’ve been shopping at Monili for 4 years now and for one reason, the transparency. I always create my pieces with Imran, he pays special attention to every detail and is extremely honest and knowledgeable. Will always come to see him, the best in the business !!

Mihir is great, did custom jewellery for me and repairing of twice party jewellery. He always does an excellent job, gives me a fair price and cleans and polishes everything I own as well. Thank you! Can highly recommend.

As always a confirmation of professionality, care, customised customer oriented approach. It is not only about quality of the product but the end to end experience at Monili with Mr Mihir, who is guaranteeing fair advisory, transparency and value to the client. The overall experience is very nice and I can confirm, after years, that the value of the purchase is confirmed also abroad. Well done Mihir and team.
