Applied for the loan in a crisis had funds in my account straight away with payment plans . Did what they said quick payment no fuss

Awful
I sent in an email saying I need to go on a payment plan, I received an email back that was okay as long as I answered their quetions in the email reply they sent me.
I did this then I got another email back my account is being passed to a debt recovery agency.
I was also told I can set up the plan by email, and I had to do it on the phone but I ended the call as the man had an accent which was difficult to understand

Our debt collection agency (DCA) partners are there to help and have access to a wide range of flexible repayment solutions tailored to your individual circumstances. We can see that a payment plan has been successfully set up with the agency, which is a really positive step, and they will continue to support you throughout.

Wow. The fastest PD loan service I have ever used. People have a negative perception on PD loans maybe rightly so as they are not ideal, but life gets in the way sometimes and you need some cash. I applied for a small loan to help with taxi bills as my dad was in hospital. These folk are amazing. From the moment I applied to the moment finds hit my account was roughly 8 minutes. Great people, would absolutely use them again!

Would stay away from the company
There is no one to speak to they’ve got a customer service number and you ring it and no one picks up and then get cut off after 30 minutes and then they’ve got a online portal that’s a waste of time and you just get an automated computer bot replying back to you with none of the useful information you need and then you get put through to a person for then for the conversation to close, I told them what day I get paid and they took payments out on a different day so therefore I couldn’t pay it and then I was getting charged more for not paying in time, if your contemplating getting a loan from them I would stay away
