I ordered a pair of earbuds from this company and received ONE working earbud. ONE! The other was defective right out of the box! Won't hold a charge whatsoever! Will say 100% charged for about a second, then immediately to 10% and then, straight to DEAD. No amount of time in the charging case helps. Just low quality products that clearly aren't quality tested to even see if they work at all. Be prepared to do returns if you order from them (unless you only have one ear). Unprofessional and just ridiculous.

Es wurden andere Hosen geliefert als bestellt. Angeblich vans aber vans produziert solche Hosen gar nicht. Wenn man die KI dazu fragt wird man gewarnt vor dem Laden und darauf hingewiesen das es fake Produkte sind.

Rücksendung soll nach China erfolgen unter anderem mit Etiketten erfolgen. Natürlich auf Kosten des Kunden.Die Etiketten waren allerdings schon bei Lieferung nicht vorhanden. Somit darf dieses Produkt nicht in der EU verkauft werden.
Es sollte ein Vans Produkt sei. Qualität für Vans sehr schlecht.
Hier würde ich nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Lieferung dauert fast 2 Monate. Sollte von der Marke Vans sein,aber eindeutig Fälschung.Die Qualität ist echt Mies.
Werde ich nicht noch einmal bestellen

Katastrophale Rückabwicklung.
Ware wurde nicht geliefert.
Das Geld ist nach einem Monat noch nicht zurückgezahlt worden.
Ist jetzt ein PayPal Fall

Contacted Monster USA via e-mail about problems with 2 MONSTER ISPORT VICTORY IN-EAR WIRELESS HEADPHONES and they referred me to Monster EU.
Monster EU doesn't respond to any of my e-mails (reminded them multiple times) and Monster USA hasn't replied to my e-mail since, so I'm unable to get in touch with them to claim my warranty.....

Im Mai 2019 reklamierte ich einen defekten Kopfhörer, den ich 9 Monate zuvor bei Monster Europe gekauft hatte, also innerhalb Gewährleistung. Nach zwei Mahnungen wurde ich von Monster U.S. gebeten, mich an eine neue E-Mail Adresse des Europa-Teams zu wenden. Im Juli bat ich das Europa Team um Ersatz des defekten Produkts. Nach drei weiteren Mahnungen an das Europa Team ist meine Garantie-Anfrage immer noch unbeantwortet. Nach 6 Monaten und vieler unbeantworteter E-Mails bin ich der Meinung, das Monster seine Kundenanfragen völlig ignoriert. Ich persönlich werde keine Produkte von Monster mehr kaufen und kann diese Firma auch niemanden empfehlen.

On 14th of May 2019 I claimed a defect of the headphones I bought 9 months before (August 2018), i.e. within the warranty period. After two reminders Monster U.S. advised to contact your EU customer support team. On 19th of July I asked the EU team for replacement. After three reminders to the EU team my inquiry still remains unanswered.
After more than 6 months and numerous emails I am of the opinion that MONSTER completely ignores its customers inquiries. Consequently, I will never buy any MONSTER products furthermore and cannot recommend this brand to anybody of my contacts. Sorry to say.
